Cengiz and his team are beyond incredible! My fiance and I recently had our engagement shoot with Cengiz and what an amazing experience we had with him from start to finish. Leading up to the shoot, we had skype sessions with Cengiz so he could help us develop our vision. Cengiz suggested we make a pinterest board so we could better understand what looks good in photos and what doesn't. He explained the importance of props and the preparation necessary on our part to make a stellar engagement shoot. It was clear he had so much experience with engagement shoots and couples who aren't used to being in front of the camera in their everyday life. We appreciated all of the time and energy he took to prepare us for the engagement shoot. It made all the difference. On the day of the engagement shoot, the call time was at 6:00AM to catch the sunrise on the beach- in which Cengiz showed up 15 minutes early. He made us feel so comfortable and confident the entire morning. Not to mention that his enthusiasm for the natural lighting was infectious. He was willing to do literally anything to capture the coolest photos - he even got in the water for awhile. The entire shoot was such a fun, wild and successful experience for us. Cengiz's fearless nature and charming persona guided us out of our comfort zone to be our best that day. Cengiz was a phenomenal photographer who helped us capture the best day of our life on camera. We had such a memorable experience and the pictures were better than our wildest expectations. We bought the sunrise package and were told to be there at 6:39 am. Cengiz was punctual, arriving a few minutes before us to set up everything in a semi hidden spot. Ankur surprised me with a proposal then and Cengiz captured the moment perfectly. Afterwards, he came to us to introduce himself and told us to take a few minutes to really enjoy the occasion before we began the photoshoot. This really impressed us because it showed that Cengiz prioritized our experience above just completing the job. Throughout the photoshoot, he displayed a passionate commitment to giving us not only the best experience, but the best photographs. He was an AMAZING coach. This was our first professional photoshoot so we were awkward and uncomfortable. Cengiz would give us direction, and if the pictures weren't up to his standards, he would explain what we could do better to improve the shots. We loved that he would show us the pictures so we could see firsthand what we were doing right or wrong. There were times when he was lying on the ground taking pictures and if the photo wasn't nice, he would get up, coach us, and get back on the ground for round two. My fiancé and I did a lot of research before choosing Cengiz as our engagement photographer in New York City. We were impressed with his photos and vision. Leading up to the photo shoot, Cengiz was extremely helpful. He scheduled planning sessions to ensure we were ready to go and provided tips to making the shoot successful. When we arrived the morning of shoot, it was freezing outside. Cengiz went out of his way throughout the photo shoot to ensure that my fiancé remained warm and comfortable. It got so cold at one point that he recommended a break for a hot coffee so we can warm up, stating that our comfort was critical to ensuring we get great pictures. Cengiz was flexible, encouraging, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Most importantly, he did everything possible to ensure that our photoshoot was memorable and the final product was something we would be happy with forever. My fiancé and I saw Cengiz's amazing photos on Pinterest and knew we had to have him for our NYC engagement shoot. Everyone at Adagion Studios was very nice and helpful from the second we inquired about booking him. Cengiz really cares about making sure you have the perfect shoot and goes above and beyond to prepare you for it and make you feel comfortable with phone calls, Skype chats and informative reads and videos he's put together. My Fiancé, John, surprised me with the most thoughtful and romantic proposal on June 13th, 2013 at the Setai in Miami Beach. Later that evening, we were talking about the proposal and John said he was interested in hiring a photographer to capture the moment but did not because he wanted to me to be a part of the process and thought an engagement shoot would be more fun for us. The hotel coordinator helping with the surprise proposal recommended Adagion Studio as the absolute best. Since it was a surprise and John wanted me to be part of creating our engagement session, we waited.December of 2014 we finally started planning our wedding, booked a venue, set a date and now it was time to start the search for the perfect photographer and videographer for our engagement session and wedding. We met with many different photographers and videographers from all over south Florida.In the end, Cengiz with Adagion Studios, was without a doubt who we felt the most comfortable with. My fiancé and I shopped around quite a bit for a photographer. I had been following some photography blogs for years before our engagement which quickly became my wish list of photographers for our wedding. As photographs last forever, we were very picky with who we were going to choose to capture the biggest day of our lives. After a phone conversation with Gengiz and after meeting with our photographer, Nick, we had no doubt that we wanted Adagion Studios to handle our wedding photography. We truly admired the unique, editorial-type portraits that Adagion specializes in and wanted our wedding photos to have the same feel. I had the honor of having Cengiz as our wedding photographer this past weekend and all I can say is, Wow! He is a true artist that goes above and beyond for that perfect shot! In addition to his obvious talent he has the most amazing energy. The day I drove to Miami to interview photographers I knew I found "the one" as soon as I sat down with Cengiz and his beautiful wife Chantelle. Do what's right, and STOP LOOKING AT OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS!!! Nick Herran is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. When my wife were looking for photographers we were up in the air about who we were going to pick. Many photographers we looked at seemed to be bland, they lacked flare, it was all the standard shots that every other photographer took(including the same shots our parents had 40+ years ago) and at the end of the day, we didn't want to have the same pictures as all of our friends had(because we had the same photographer). That's when the magic happened. We came across the work of Adagion Studios and the incredible Nick Herran. We saw the sample of their work and didn't turn back. It was as if we didn't look at dozens of photographers before them(and we did). All we could think about was the work of Adagion. Cengiz and the team were wonderful to work with from day one! While we were looking forward to our big day, we were looking forward to having Nick shoot our photos(even more) and we COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER!!! He was ALWAYS there when we needed him but at the same time, his ninja like approach made him invisible. As involved as he was, we was equally out of the way and that's what you want on your wedding day. He was up for ANYTHING!!! Stopping traffic to get us alone in the middle of the street, getting down on the ground to capture the perfect angle and even climbing into bushes while kneeling into mud to get THE PERFECT SHOT!. Don't let Nick's calm, soft spoken demeanor make you nervous because there's NOTHING to worry about when he's behind the lens. Like I said above, he'll do anything to the perfect shot.
