Very informative page with some interesting articles and frequent updates. I particularly love the Friday cartoon and the Monday quote. It is worth also looking at the website. More...

Q&As

To be able to uniquely and more creatively assist other human beings in an effective way! It is never boring, the challenges it brings energises me and I love finding ways when others have failed.

To be able to do the job I love, along-side a healthier lifestyle and work-life-balance in a more flexible way. I love to do equine psychotherapy and have my own horse and other animals. Nature is a part of my own well being and stress management and I like being able to build this into my working day, even with my own client work.

I am open, approachable, I am empathetic but I also like to challenge and not just sit back and grunt a few times in my chair. I get engaged, I love to work "differently", e.g. more creatively, with the body, movement, outdoors with the horses, as well as online to provide ultimate flexibility. Plus I am lucky to have had some very good training and credentials that allowed me to find my niche, to find out more just come and visit! :-) www.adadsu.com/about

Services

Equine therapy is also called Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning (EAP/L). It is often also interchangeably used with Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and Learning (EFP/L). It utilises activities in the presence of horse to explore ways a client sees and relates to themselves and others, their patterns of behaviour and survival as well as their gifts and strengths, and may include the exploration of past experiences and traumas. Counselling and Psychotherapy can also be done ONLINE, therefore providing ultimate flexibility in the comfort of your own home!
