I am extremely impressed by this great company.  I had a relatively small job, and had a really hard time getting anyone to even take my calls, let alone come out and give me an estimate.  But right from the start, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous.  She was able to get an estimator out within two days.  The Estimator, Sean, was amazing.  He explained exactly what he found and made very sound recommendations for a good repair job.  Then, they promptly completed the repair at a very reasonable price.  I am confident that I will have good luck with the repair.  After the repair, Sean also showed me pictures of what he found, and made me feel even more comfortable that we had fixed the leak with a sound repair solution.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repair and replacement! Sean came out to work on some damaged/missing shingles that my insurance company was complaining about. Just before he came for the job another section of the roof started leaking. He fixed all the previous shingle issues and then looked for my leak without charging me for the extra work. He also took the time to show me all the potential problem areas and teach me about some of the right ways and wrong ways to do a roof. I highly recommend Acura Roofing! They were extremely professional, courteous, their prices were very reasonable, and they went out of their way to help. Patrick answered very quickly with an estimate, and he was also very fast to reply to phone calls and emails. Sean did the repairs, sent the before and after photos. He went above and beyond. Patrick and the team at Acura Roofing did a great job for us! We were happy to stay/spend local with such a business. Communication (email, phone, text) was handled perfectly. When needed, Patrick dealt directly with our insurance to get supplements handled accordingly. The job took almost two (2) days but only because our old roof actually had two (2) layers of shingles. The roofers were very pleasant and courteous. They did a great job of avoiding the delicate plants around the house and cleaned up everything very well. Pricing was also very good compared to some other quotes. Maybe you don't care what it costs when insurance is covering it, but I strongly encourage you to have Acura Roofing talk to you about it. I think you'll be very pleased with every aspect of their service. One extra thing that Patrick did that we've never had before ... he gave us numerous addresses of houses nearby for the color choices that we were considering. Acura Roofing is a great company!  I contacted Acura for an estimate and Patrick arranged it very quickly.  I was emailed the estimate the same day it was completed and received a follow-up call from Patrick to see if I had any questions.  Patrick came out to my house the next day to go over shingle samples and then made arrangements within in a couple of days to have my roof replaced.  His team replaced my roof within one day.  The next day Acura came out to inspect the work and to see if I had any questions.  Patrick also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied.  I highly recommend Acura Roofing.  They are reasonable, helpful, professional, and very appreciative. I couldn't recommend this company more.  I needed my roof replaced and contacted 5 different companies to come out and give me a quote prior to contacting my insurance company.  Acura was the ONLY company that actually broke out a tape measure and submitted an actual quote. Acura roofing was great! We got the new roof installed about 6 months ago and we are very happy with it. The roof was really tested in May and no leaks. Patrick was able to contact our insurance and make sure they paid for drip guards which are code in Austin but insurance did not include in our estimate. We had our roof replaced after the big windstorm in February 2013.  We were able to get it done within the week.Three years later, we had some turbine problems.  As the roof was still under warranty, Acura came out quickly and fixed the turbines.  I was thrilled that they came out so quickly without any hassle, and even trimmed some overhanging tree branches for me (they asked if they could, and I was happy to be relieved of that task), while they were up on the roof.  The person who answered my phone was polite and quickly found all my information, the workers arrived promptly, and Patrick called a few times to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly.This is a company that goes above and beyond. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. Patrick went above and beyond to make replacing our roof as quick and painless as possible. He worked within our schedule and budget to find the right roofing solution for us and his communication throughout the process never left me feeling out of the loop. His team showed up on time the morning we were scheduled to have our roof replaced, took a short break for lunch, and finished the entire job (the entire roof of shingles, some replacement of boards, new ventilation stacks, and new metal trim around each edge) by the time I came back from picking up my little one from school at 5pm. They cleaned up so well that it looked better than when they arrived and even came back the next day to do a quick once over to make sure they'd not left any debris or nails in our front or back yard. That was huge for me since we have a 2 year old and 2 large dogs. The quality of work is fantastic. I've stopped more than once just to stare at our new roof and enjoy it over the past few days. Requested someone to come out and check the dormer window area of my roof that was leaking during the most recent big rainstorm. Patrick got back to me promptly (same day) and informed me he was not able to meet my request at this time because he was really busy but recommended a window guy whom he had great faith in to come out. Dominic showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out an area of the roof where there was a gap and no caulk and then proceeded to fill it for me. He also touched up another area where the old caulk was deteriorating. Did I mention he didn't take any money for doing this. Although he didn't know with 100% certainty that this was causing the problem it couldn't hurt to try this remedy first. So, although I haven't used this business I am impressed by the people he recommends and also wanted to put in a plug for Dominic since he isn't on yelp. I now wait for the next rainstorm and cross my fingers the problem is solved. If not I know an honest, professional handyman recommended to me by this company to come out and inspect further. Finding a good honest contractor is very difficult these days but I had an excellent experience with Acura Roofing!  I didn't need a complete roof replacement but did have a leak nonetheless that needed the proper repair besides a plastic tarp. Regardless of the size of the job Sean at Acura Roofing was very responsive from start to finish and gave excellent customer service!  Within a week after contact my roof repair was estimated quickly and even though they had a busy schedule he found time to squeeze us in and the job is now completed!  Note: Sean not only gave the estimate and worked with me...he actually was the one who arrived to do the work!  I can't believe we wasted 3 months chasing down other roofing contractors to get estimates and then no show or even just return our phone call.  Sean was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy at all.  He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our roof! 5 stars and I didn't even do business with them!We're in the process of buying a house, and our inspector came back on the report that we needed crickets installed on the chimneys. So I spoke with Patrick about having this done. He took the time to explain how crickets work and that we almost definitely did not need one. He recommended that since the roof was only a year old that we contact the roofer for assurance that the chimneys are flashed correctly.I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to talk to me, especially since it meant talking himself out of a job!I can't speak to their work, or cost, but Patrick was amazingly pleasant to speak with and very knowledgable.
