I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck which have lead to me having bouts of headaches and dizziness.
Alex used a combination of Tui Na and Fire Cupping on the effected areas.
Not only has my pain been reduced but my mobility has increased too!
He also did some acupuncture and moxibustion for my IBS which almost instantly reduced my pain and discomfort and is reducing my bloating.

I was suffering with lower back pain for about 3 weeks. The pain was a constant 7/10. So I spoke to Alex and he explained the reason why I was in pain.
After one treatment with Alex he reduced my pain to a 1/10 almost to 0. And I'm still pretty much pain free after 3 weeks of just one treatment.
Not only does Alex know exactly what he is talking about, he is very professional and friendly. But the biggest difference between him and others in his field is that he genuinely cares!
I would 100% recommend Alex to everyone!
