I cannot recommend Tracy and Kurt enough. Not only did Tracy take 5 bridesmaids dresses with questionable hemlines and slipping straps and make them fit perfectly, she also completely reconstructed my 6th bridesmaids dress so it was customised to fit like a glove. I trusted Tracy so much that 4 of my bridesmaids didn't even have a final fitting, honestly she is amazing. And to top it off Tracy came to me in Chatham on the morning of the wedding to dress my girls giving me complete piece of mind that they would be laced up properly and that she was on hand should anything go wrong. Fantastic service! Tracey always made me feel so at ease and relaxed! I was nervous about wearing my wedding dress again after having a baby but Tracey not only got me in my dress but also made me feel a million dollars in it again and she went out of her way to fit round me and ensure I felt comfortable on my big day! They have done an absolutely incredible job on my Wife's wedding dress which was a very intense job! They worked under strict time constraints and even though there were other things going on when they worked on our garments they didn't let it affect us at all. Very professional throughout; they didn't change any prices and were upfront with us from the beginning. They were approachable and didn't mind questions at all; and on top of it all Tracy and Kurt are lovely people making you feel like a friend rather than a client :D 5/5
P.s Tracy also managed to alter my trousers for my suit in the time it took for my wife to try on her dress while talking to me... Borderline witchcraft. More...

Absolutely amazing service ! Tracy always made us feel so welcomed. She done an absolutely amazing job on my wedding dress and my 5 bridesmaids and made them all fit perfectly. I can not recommend this lady enough. I would 100% recommend the dressing service too, Tracy dressed me and my 5 bridesmaid on Saturday and we couldn't have got into them so perfectly without Tracy there. So thank you so much for everything ! I will be deliberately finding clothes that need a slight alter just to pop down and see Tracy again in the future. I don't know what else to say apart from thank you to Tracy and Kurt for giving me my dream wedding dress! From start to finish I was at ease with our plan to buy a base dress and alter to it to exactly how I'd imagined in my brain (any bride will know how difficult it is to explain what you want) and Tracy did it. Tracy altered my backless lace wedding dress and it couldn't have been more perfect. She saw the fear in my eyes at each fitting that i wasn't going to feel comfortable or supported in my dress on the day and she didn't stop until she saw that smile! She was patient, understanding, only interested in pleasing her customer and didn't take anything personally and nothing was too much trouble. She was fair and upfront about costs and was surprisingly unbiased when giving advice about what would work and what wouldn't. Really refreshing in the wedding business! I would highly recommend her and her team of lovely young girls learning the trade who are already so skilled! Even her husband helps, and you really get the feeling of a family who want the best for their customers and not just to make money. They are really down to earth whilst still being professional and i think i could go on all day with compliments, so i'll leave it here with just saying i highly recommend Tracy and her team & you won't be disappointed :-) More...

Today is my final dress fitting � could not recommend Tracey and her team enough!
They are altering my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses plus my best friend is taking her wedding dress there.

Tracy and Kurt were brilliant - on my initial appointment I wanted my dress hemmed and was concerned about the bust on my dress. They made me feel at complete ease and Tracy came to a solution with the bust of my dress and with such a uniformed pattern on my dress I was so impressed with the hemming not spoiling the pattern in the slightest. They also altered my belt for me, however I put on a few pounds before I went away and panicked, but they amazingly let it out for me at such short notice, its only sods law that in the few days I was away before my wedding I managed to lose quite a few inches round my waist, and come the day of the wedding my belt was much too big - all my problem for yo yo dieting and stress weight I'm sure but I had a back up and laughed about it on the day! They had even made up another piece of ribbon and pinned it ready to size in case it wasn't right, but being a bride I didn't leave myself enough time to change it over - they seriously went above and beyond and I only feel bad that they went to so much effort for me and I lost the weight I panicked over and didn't give myself time to adjust the ribbon on the day! Truly, thank you for making my dress fit so beautifully, and for making nothing too much trouble - will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know. More...

The team at Acula are outstanding! Not only are they excellent at what they do but the service they provide is amazing! They altered my wedding dress and offered me impartial advise and suggestions that made my dress comfortable and even more stunning than I when I bought it! They made me feel so relaxed and welcome and that nothing was any trouble. Tracey and Kurt came to dress me and my bridal party on the day of my wedding and made everything stress free and a real blast! Called today in an emergency and got a drop in appointment tomorrow and made to feel so safe with all my upset around my wedding dress will Defo be going here tomorrow put my mind at ease thank you so much. ( edited and added on after meeting today) What can I say?! I went today with my sister in law and wedding dress and just WOW was made to feel like the only bride in the world she knew what I wanted and added suggestions that I didn’t even think off! The whole family in there understand you and they aren’t just after a pay check they want to make you feel special I will be taking many more clothing pieces to them but for now I’ve trusted them with my wedding dress veil and belt and I honestly could not be happy ridiculously cheap if they don’t mind me saying I hundred percent think they should raise their prices the service outstanding and I can’t wait to pick up my wedding dress ❤️❤️❤️ More...

Outstanding experience and professionalism from start to finish. Needed a dress altered for a wedding, dress was given to me and didn't quite fit around the back/chest. Called and explained to Tracey who was very honest and gave me and appointment 2 days later.

Tracey and Rachel both made it clear from the start that it might not be possible to alter but they would try their best. Talked me through a few options (I initially wanted to make it into a corset back) and prices right from the start.

Rachel was brilliant, she always talked me through the options and explained to me what the next stages were and always kept me up to date with price changes.

My dress is now finished and I'm over the moon! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Even Tracey's husband Kurt who is involved in the business was informative and professional and gave some great input/advice. And the price was very reasonable. They make you feel like part of the family. I would definitely use them again without a doubt!

This lady is fantstic. I contacted Tracy after my wedding address arrived late and the wedding shop couldn't carry out the alterations. I needed the back adjusting and hem taken up all of which was done brilliantly. You wouldn't know it had been altered.
