Do not book with this company.
Booked well in advance, paid deposit. Confirmed all the details were correct the night before.
Rugby tour to Norfolk.
12 of us were left stranded in London (6 kids) on a Friday. Driver said he had no booking. Actuatransport just said the driver had accepted the booking. Didn’t call me, didn’t try and help. Just told me we should make our own way there. Shockingly unprofessional and worryingly negligent. Do not use this company - they may take you, as some of the reviews show, or they may not. Don’t risk it.

Myself and 8 friends were needing transport to take us from Scotland to Manchester and return. After contacting a handful of local firms we were quoted a price from Actua Transport substantially more affordable than the local firms offered. Initial communications were very friendly and efficient. Oz, our driver was extremely accommodating for us and done his utmost to ensure we had comfortable journeys. In fact, the bus journeys ended up being two of the highlights of the trip. That is quite a compliment considering a 6 hour journey home with 9 hungover guys.
