Working in the European head office of a large multinational company, we realised several years ago that in-store videos were required to increase awareness of the benefits of our products across our European markets.

At that time we contacted a few companies, and after studying their proposals decided to produce our first video through Activideo Communications – as they were a local Manchester based video production company.

As they are not your typical large advertising agency, this makes the video production process much more efficient - we can deal with the different members of the team directly, and ultimately this also ensures that video is produced on budget, and on schedule.

We have been working with Brian and his team since 2006, producing in-store product videos and DVD's, localised in up to 16 different languages at a time. They now produce several videos a year for us, duplicate several hundred DVD discs and SD cards for each video, and ship these directly to our offices across Europe.

Since those early days, as our requirements have changed, Activideo Communications have changed their processes to work with us. In addition to the in-store product videos, they now produce video clips suitable for viewing on our European web sites and also create video files suitable for storing on SD cards, to be used on our new retail LCD displays.

They are not just a video production company. They oversee the whole project for us, from storyboarding, shooting the video, editing the videos in multiple language versions, printing and duplication of the DVD's and finally shipping to our offices across Europe.

They have invested in the latest video equipment, so can shoot and edit our videos in full HD (perfect for large screens used at exhibitions), right down to encoding small web clips.

Recently, we had a requirement to start providing our videos on SD cards - Activideo Communications now duplicate these for us at the same time as the DVD's.
