From the quote to the completion of the roof, A** service and communication.
William went over and beyond to make sure that my elderly grandparents were taken care of, and his transparency is legendary.
He called us at least once a week to make sure we were okay during lockdown, that the leak was not causing further issue, and volunteering to come over to put in intermediary measures if required.
After having been mucked about by another company, William was the breathe of fresh air we had prayed for.
Please not all of this took place during Corona lock down, and phased reopening.

How long have you been in business?
The company has been in the buisness about 30 odd years but active roofing have been live for about 10 years now
What guarantee does your work come with?
All my work is garunteed it depends on what kind of work i am carrying out for you repair work is garunteed from 3 to 5 years and new installed work is beetwen 10 to 15 years
What do you love most about your job?
Ive been working since i was 13 with my grandad and loved being outside on a roof i like to work for any1 but i wont take on work if i dont trust the customer my job is all about trust
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hat to start my own buisness because that how my family work you work with the family to learn the trade and then you have the skills to open your own
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose who they feel comftable with but i will allways provide my best work no matter what and am allways polite and clean and tidy all my work is put into writting amd nothink is cartied out untill you sighn to agree
