First we look at diet and lifestyle were i send out forms that will take you 10 days and we get in gym for 4 hour assessment .were we look all of your body
From head toe to see that you are ready to and have no complications that may affect your fitness goals i will design you personalised program every 4-6 weeks as need we will go over your needs and goals to make sure we get the results you book me for.
