What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people. I meet people who have experienced some tough times or are in a low place. I enjoy our work together and seeing them change and grow in the direction the want to - often finding new confidence, better relationships and more in touch with the person they want to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself allows me to offer open-ended sessions rather than being limited to a certain number of sessions. It also gives the flexibility to provide sessions that suit my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a safe and non-judgement service to clients. I care about the clients themselves and the work I do with them. I want the very best for them.
Counselling and Psychotherapy
I offer individual face to face counselling and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma. I work with adults and secondary school aged children. I use Transactional Analysis to help individuals understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviour better so they can make positive changes in their lives.
