Young gentleman on reception, very polite, greeted me well & found my parcel quite quick. Think I spoke to him on the phone (Matt, i believe) to arrange to collect and his telephone manner was also up to very high standards. Will be using APC where possible!

Found it eventually. Take the turn off the main road to Milton Keynes and do not use the sat nav route as it can take you the wrong way. Once there no problem and attentive staff. More...
