Dave and his staff were absolutely wonderful for my wedding this past weekend! We had a few hiccups with a groomsmen leaving unannounced and we were able to ask Dave to change a few things for our grand March and he did it wonderfully! He is absolutely great to work with! The music, uplighting, and photo booth met my expectations and beyond! It was so nice to be able to recieve all the pictures that were taken in our photobooth for our own memories! My questions always got answered in a timely manner and he was very helpful with songs and suggestions! The dance floor always had people dacing! DJ services:Dave was a great DJ for our wedding! He did an awesome job reading the room and keeping the party going. He even played past the "end time" because the floor was still hot. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't locate him during dinner to play music in the dinning room ( which we had spoke with him about prior to the day of). However, we had an odd venue for a wedding so I think this would be considered a unique request! In addition, our wedding ceremony had to be pushed inside due to rain at the last minute and he was flexible with adjusting his set up time!Photo Booth: Photo booth was a great size and our guests loved it! They put together a scrapbook with the second copy of pictures for our guests to sign next to, which made for a nice keepsake. However, the actual scrapbook was a little cheap looking and had no fun pens or anything (so bring some colorful ones if you're wanting your guests to decorate!) Also, they provide props but they weren't that exciting - I'd suggest bringing your own if you can. The photo booth attendant was helpful and cheerful! Great service! Communication was clear and easy leading up to our wedding, day of the wedding the DJ came and set up with minimal direction and just checked in a few times to make sure things were going as we wanted them to. .. And they were! We requested a list of specific songs to be played before the ceremony and they did it without question, when our flower girls took a long time to get up the aisle (and thus running out the wedding party processional song) they looped it back perfectly. Perfect job!! They played the exact music we requested and were very easy to communicate with both leading up to and on the wedding date!

They were one of the best choices we made for our wedding! They played a perfect mix of songs, were prompt with communications to us, we had meetings in person prior to our big day, and he had us fill out a very detailed form so when it came to the day of and we had no clue what time it was or what was next- he was able to keep the party moving on time. Absolutely we would choose them again and recommend anyone looking for a DJ who knows his crowd and keeps the party moving and dancing until the very last song. He assisted with our slideshow, vow renewal ceremony, ceremony music, dancing, and of course karaoke. He has a time line of events and other templates to easily pick your songs online. Ours was a dual cultural ceremony and he was patient in allowing our guy split time to play more traditional music. I'm beyond happy with our decision to have him DJ our wedding. He is also very reasonable compared to other DJ companies. More...

We worked with Dave Pagel from Action DJ's, from the beginning he was more than willing to help us have everything we were looking for for DJ services. I was very interested in playing some fun games during our reception. I sent him an example of mr and mrs questions and he was happy to work with us. Action DJs did an amazing job at our wedding. They followed our instructions exactly and we're really easy to work with. Our DJ was Nick and I would highly recommend him! He did an amazing job and played music based on the crowd, which is exactly what we wanted! We decided to do a family dance instead of the traditional father/daughter and mother/son dances. Nick followed our instructions on this exactly and everything was perfect. Also, we were able to book our photo booth through them as well and received a packaged price with up lighting. Just got married today but I couldn't go to bed before saying thank you to Action DJs and writing a review! When I emailed Dave for the first time I got a reply immediately and a phone call answering all my questions about their karaoke service. I loved that on the website I could pick songs that I wanted to play (and also a list of songs I hate). The website also has a nice timeline planner.
