My husband and I were given an owl experience day for our wedding gift from friends, and we loved it! Owen was so informative and made himself available wherever possible he gave us plenty of time and encouragement throughout, great guidance and customer service. He made sure we could make the most of our experience as wherever there was an opportunity he got us involved even in the owl displays, and personalised when one to one flying the owls, we loved it! Cannot rate this entertainment highly enough! We had Alice and The Madhatter as entertainment for my daughters 6th birthday party and they had everyone’s attention throughout. The room was full of giggles, laughter and amazement by both the children and adults! Alice knew everyone’s names in seconds, the tricks performed by the Madhatter were incredible. The two of them together are the perfect acting duo for any occasion! we had a meerkat experience this morning with 4 little meerkats. it was amazing. we had never bin to knockhatch before but we loved it every one was friendly helpful very chatty. we cant wait to come again and mark joyes was brilliant we really had a fab time. the only thing is i was disappointed that i didnt manage to bring someone to take the photos but ill remember next time .but we will definitely be back as soon as we can .thankyou once again More...

I worked for acting moon Event over summer and I had aBlast! More than well look after, Renato and his team were absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and humble people, everytime here to make you feel welcome in any way I highly recommend to anyone interested to have a good with this company ! First time we have visited, there was so much to see and do. The girls loved it and can't wait to go again. Going to wait till my youngest is 7 as she will be able to join in on all the activities. Great for youngsters. Only thing that lets it down is you pay £8.99 to get in and although quite a few things are free, the things that seem to appeal to kids, you have to pay for once inside. we also didn't realise that for lost kingdom the kids needed long sleeve top and trousers, so we had some very disappointed children, we then found out (too late) we could have bought suitable clothing from the cafe there. Perhaps the website could mention clothing criteria on it's info page? or at least have big enough signs showing where to purchase some correct items of clothing Overall though, a very good day out, with some fantastic staff. When I visited Knockhatch it was raining but there was still activities to do that were inside that kept us dry until the rain had cleared and then most of the outside activities had dried out and the kids could play on them, so wasn’t a wasted journey and there was still more activities that we didn’t get to see, so will definitely be going again. Great day out for all ages. Paddling pool could do with being upgraded was tiny so many children in there at once. Entry price isn't bad but food and drink are a little expensive would suggest taking a picnic but great day out would defo come back

Had yet another fun day with the kids. So much to do and no time limit so literally spent the whole day! Always pre book as it’s even more of a bargain! The extras are a small fee at entrance but I feel they are reasonably priced and worth doing! Lots to do that’s included in the price so don’t mind paying for the extras.
