I’ve known Kultar for years. Last year he helped me form a LLC. Before establishing my LLC he clearly explained to me the difference between LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. I was scrambling through Google to find out which entity would be better for my business, but I couldn’t find the right answer.
