I hired Mike to search for my missing brother. I hired them to get information on a person and locate them. I was impressed with some of the information I gained on this person but ultimately they didn't find them and called it a dead end and asked if me if I wanted to close the case and I said yes because I felt like my case was not given the proper attention it deserved and I paid a lot of money for. I constantly had to check in, repeat myself multiple times although all communication was through email so they could have just looked through what we had talked about. <br>On September 25th I asked about a name that was on the report I was given. Mike asked me if I had any information on this name...all of the information was in the report he gave me. So I reminded him, he's the one that gave it to me to begin with. I asked him if he could call a phone number to see who picked up the phone. This takes a few seconds to do. I waited and asked for an update October 1. On October 3rd I asked once again for information on this name and for him to make a simple phone call for me. He never responded, never did it. Then asked if I was satisfied and if I wanted to close the case October 17. <br>This person/company is clearly way too busy to be taking on new cases and does not give your case the attention it deserves especially for thousands of dollars, can't even make a phone call. Ultimately I did not end up using Mike's P.I. services because my "issue" resolved itself. However, I was shown nothing but courtesy and professionalism from Mike and the staff at Empire Pacific. I contacted Mike at Empire to do some research for me on an old insurance claim. It ended up not being along the lines of work that he was an expert in but what was so great about the experience was that Mike went out of his way to find me someone that did specialize in the area. If you are considering a couple options on who you need for your investigation you can rest assured that Mike is fair and will go out of his way for your case. I hired him. It was fine for the first time, so i decided to hire him again. The result came up horrible.. He charged even before he started work. He didnt give me an invoice. He lost the target and said it wasn't their fault. He send me the videos a day after finishing the work and there were 9 videos clips that recorded all same scenes.. Where do I start? Circumstances made me realize that I wouldn't be able to get a few important pieces of information without the aid of a really good local private investigator. I needed the information badly and I needed it fast. This was a case of a business partnership going bad.  We found Empire Pacific Investigative Services in Google and called them up and spoke with Mr. Mike Hakimi.  I explained to him that we were in the middle of the litigation process and wouldn't be able to prove anything without a specific information / evidence.  Due to the circumstances of this matter, I'm leaving some of the details in the dark.  Long story short, we retained Empire Pacific Investigative to conduct several days of surveillance.  Mr. Mike Hakimi and his team obtained what we needed.  The results came fast.  I could not believe the amount of evidence and the information that they were able to gather.  The report was very professional, factual to the point, the video was in HD quality.  This was truly unbelievable.  The best part of this investigation was, Mike Hakimi was in touch with us throughout the entire duration of the investigation.  We were very satisfied with their team and highly recommend EPIS for any type of investigations.
