Online trainingI’ve been using Adam’s online training scheme for a bit over a year and the results have been utterly amazing. It’s really good to use while I’m at uni so that I can still get fully tailored personal training sessions even while I’m not in Northampton. Since my time at uni, it’s never been easier to go to the gym. Usually it’s the norm for students to gain weight, my experience has been the polar opposite thanks to Adam. All the training sessions are sent to you on an easy to understand app (which is good if you use your phone at the gym). I did an online programme with Adam, which I really enjoyed. The workouts he sent me was really good which I’ve learnt a lot knowledge of what works for me . I also I learnt so much about nutrition. Honestly have never been happier with my fitness than I am at the moment When I first started my weigh in I was 74.3kg and managed to get down to 71. 3kg by the end of my weight loss stage. I’m now working on my muscle gain and have achieved to deadlift 100kg I’m massively pleased with this as when I first started I couldn’t barely deadlift the bar with correct form and never thought I’d see the day! Adam is an amazing personal trainer. For a while I had stopped working out in the gym and just stuck to classes.Adam brought my confidence back and I am now enjoying working out again and enjoy it so much more now I know how to use more equipment and different exercises to achieve my goal.

For anyone looking for a personal trainer, I would definitely give ACPT my highest recommendation.Adam is tough when he needs to be, researches any injuries or conditions you have to accommodate them into the programme and is there to watch you grow, not just for the money. Even though my time with him 1-1 is over now, his training has completely changed my approach to both nutrition and workouts and I'll keep using them moving forward. More...

Just finished a 6 week program with Adam in aid of competing in my first Tough Mudder, and it is by far the best decision I have made, the progress I have made in just 6 weeks is a testament to Adam's commitment and knowledge but more importantly his general character, was always a pleasure going in at 6am for a PT Session and seeing him on the weekend. Always offering support and advice to improve and cheekily adding a few extra kilo's to the rack!! ;) This has genuinely changed my outlook on the fitness side but also become to love it!Thanks again Adam! ACPTUK.... Week one has been hard work my legs have only just returned from jelly so best attempt the hit work out again ��. After the first few days i had to learn to walk again .... that tells you how unfit i am � The diet plan and getting the nurtiance is hard only because I'm trying to find the right balance still , I thought I ate quiet well before turns out 80% carbs ... so a big change to so much protein, Adam has been fantastically helpful and answered lots of questions and has made lots of suggestions in the way of foods and no energy drinks �, all of that said I feel like my lumps and bumps are starting to reduce ... @ACPTUK More...

I was given some strength exercises and stretches to help with my marathon training and they made a massive difference! Adam took on my comments each week and adapted the plan whenever I had an ache or a problem of any sort, always making sure to compliment my running plan. Just wanted to take a minute to say if anyone is looking for one-on-one personal training, I cannot recommend Adam Cooley Personal Training highly enough. I'm halfway through a 13 week course and am so pleased with the results so far. Adam is such a lovely, friendly guy who makes you feel completely at ease (even someone like me who was self-concious about even walking up the stairs to the gym �)

You know someone is a good trainer when you actually look forward to going to the gym!

Highly recommend Adam as a personal trainer, I joined as a complete beginner and can't believe how much I've learned so far, just halfway through. Adam has gone through all of the exercises and why they work, alongside nutrition facts which I've found so useful. I'm seeing lots of progress so far and definitely wouldn't have been able to get this far without Adam's support.
