ACPTUK.... Week one has been hard work my legs have only just returned from jelly so best attempt the hit work out again ��. After the first few days i had to learn to walk again .... that tells you how unfit i am � The diet plan and getting the nurtiance is hard only because I'm trying to find the right balance still , I thought I ate quiet well before turns out 80% carbs ... so a big change to so much protein, Adam has been fantastically helpful and answered lots of questions and has made lots of suggestions in the way of foods and no energy drinks �, all of that said I feel like my lumps and bumps are starting to reduce ... @ACPTUK

Just wanted to take a minute to say if anyone is looking for one-on-one personal training, I cannot recommend Adam Cooley Personal Training highly enough. I'm halfway through a 13 week course and am so pleased with the results so far. Adam is such a lovely, friendly guy who makes you feel completely at ease (even someone like me who was self-concious about even walking up the stairs to the gym �)

You know someone is a good trainer when you actually look forward to going to the gym!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I look at all aspects of your life, instead of being a trainer for 2 hours/week. Real transformations come from what you do outside of the gym too, I pride myself on helping everyone with all aspects of fitness to ensure that you get the results you want.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work and dedication.
Let calories & food deal with fat loss and training to develop the body and mind you have always wanted.

What do you love most about your job?

The people, I vowed 4 years ago to help people and that is the sole purpose of training clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

To help people, I have suffered from weight issues most of my life and decided that I wanted to help people beat the same problems I have had myself. Being my own boss allows me to focus all my attention on the client to deliver the best possible service.

They shouldn't straight away, have a look around to find the best personal trainer for them.
I am however proven to get the results you want and need. Everything from fat loss, muscle gain, sports training, fitness, flexibility and more. I am incredibly thorough with my preparation in order to provide the most tailored plans for the client addressing any issues with posture, weak or tight muscles to allow you to live a better and fitter life.
