After my broken ankle had fully healed I needed treatment to rehab my muscles and tendons so I could get back to running. Richard is a superb professional who really knows his stuff . After a course of treatment delivered expertly with witty banter I was able to resume long hikes and short jogs, well on the road to recovery.

I had aching/throbbing pain in glutes/lower back, couldn’t bend with out discomfort. Pain while walking and couldn’t sleep. One session with Richard and after24 hours I felt immense relief. I have visited Richard three times now, for neck and shoulder pain, upon personal recommendation from others. Richard is very knowledgeable and professional and immediately makes you feel at ease. I would say the pain has eased about 80% after just three sessions. Richard gives great advice for exercises in between sessions, even sending videos of how to do them. Whilst running, I was experiencing problems with my hamstring for a few weeks and it was very painful. I contacted Richard and got an appointment quickly. The service Richard provided was professional and he gave me some good advice and exercises on how to speed up my recovery. After visiting him several times, I noticed a considerable improvement and I’m back to running as before. I’d been having problem with my knee for weeks and I had a dance show coming up. I contacted Richard and was able to get an appointment very promptly. I have been having severe leg cramps and difficilty walking and have been to many specialists, including at A&E; none of them were able to pinpoint my the cause of my cramps. Richard has been able to identify what areas to focus on his remedial therapy in our two appointments. I left Richard with my walking and cramps reduced. Found Achilles Healers Sports Therapy via PhysioPod as I needed a session of deep oscillation therapy prior to surgery. Richard was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a very painful knot in my upper back, I found Richard through google. When I spoke to him he sounded very professional and knew what he was talking about, he managed to treat me within hours. He is very reasonably priced and within 30 minutes I had received a diagnosis and Richard had treated me with acupuncture at no extra cost.
