My daughter started working out at One For All 2 years ago, then my son joined and they both loved it. I was working out with another trainer at the time and became jealous of my kids because they came home with great stories about this gym and their trainer Alex Saretsky. So, I had to join and start working out with Alex too. Alex has created a community at One For All that is incredibly supportive which makes working out there so rewarding and satisfying. As a trainer, Alex is the best. He keeps me motivated by making workouts fun and challenging, his energy is so contagious! And, he genuinely cares about his clients.
