Achieve Fitness Studio has two locations. Mayfield Heights offers group fitness and nutritional coaching. Lakewood offers 30 & 60 minute personal training, group fitness classes and nutritional coaching. Classes include: Bootcamp, Les Mills Body Pump, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing, Yoga, Strong by Zumba, Zumba, Spinning, Muscle Conditioning, Barre, and High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT). New clients receive one complimentary Fitness Assessment/consultation for personal training. New clients for group fitness classes can buy our 7 DAY CLASS PASS $7.00 come as often as you want to try classes. We do have class packs of 5, 10 and 15 and are good for three months and Class Membership for unlimited classes $99/month for one year. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
New clients are taken through a Fitness Assessment to test level of fitness, weigh, measured and body fat. Test results are gone over with client and a program
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. You need to work at it. If the client is motivated to commit to coming 3 days a week to our classes or personal training sessions, doing some type of cardio outside the studio and eating healthier...they will see results. It's really up to the client. We will hold you accountable and give you all the tools you need to help you succeed and guide you through the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients along their health and fitness journey and knowing they have made a lifestyle change. Watching the process from when they started and how much they have changed to becoming a healthier person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had no confidence when I was younger. I started working out in college and going to the gym made me stronger mentally and physically. Lifting weights made me more confident. I started carrying myself differently. I became a personal trainer to motivate my clients to become a stronger person mentally AND physically.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are NOT a big box gym. Clients enjoy the fact we are a personal training studio and our focus is being more attentive to them during classes. The trainers are able to pay attention to form and can be hands on if needed. Clients feel they are not just a number at our studio because our class format is more intimate setting so we get to know them and not treat them like a number.
