Achieve Fitness Studio has two locations. Mayfield Heights offers group fitness and nutritional coaching. Lakewood offers 30 & 60 minute personal training, group fitness classes and nutritional coaching. Classes include: Bootcamp, Les Mills Body Pump, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing, Yoga, Spinning, Muscle Conditioning, WERQ, POUND, Spin & Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), 30 IN 30, Kettlebell AMPD. New clients receive one complimentary Fitness Assessment/consultation for personal training. 7 DAY CLASS PASS $7.00 for New Clients to come to all the classes for one week. Class packs of 5, 10 and 15 are good for three months and a Class Membership can be purchased for 3, 6 or 12 months. You can view classes at both locations on our website:

One of the best things I joined since moving to Cleveland. Here you really get to know the trainers, the owner, and the clientele - and everyone is very friendly and encouraging. It’s a class structure and they offer classes throughout the day so you can work it into your schedule. I’m the kind of person who need that kind of structure and someone telling me what to do so this was perfect for me. I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my overall health. Good mix of strength training, cardio, and yoga classes. If you’re interested try them out - they offer Groupon, a trail period, fitness challenge, unlimited classes, etc.

I bought an unlimited class pass for new clients and it was totally worth it! This place offers a great variety of classes and is a really friendly, welcoming environment. The instructors and regulars make a point to learn your name and help answer any questions that come up. As a runner, I was new to boxing and weight lifting, but the instructors were great and took the time to demonstrate proper form. Totally recommend!

I love the trainers at this fitness studio! They are knowledgeable, friendly and always ready with the right challenge for me. Lisa and her team rock! I like the studio atmosphere - not too big - and am really looking forward to the new location too.

I just spent the last 6 weeks working my butt off with great trainers and classes and saw major results! 16 pounds down and 11% body fat gone! If you haven’t checked out this place yet you’re missing out. Give a class a try and join us in the early morning for body pump or boot camp!

I joined as a participant in the fitness challenge. The group workouts are challenging and fun, the class instructors and every I've worked with are all so nice and very professional. I feel very comfortable here and I'm happy to say that with the support of the challenge team, I've lost 25lbs so far!

I love Achieve Fitness Studio! I started with a three week Groupon trial. After three weeks, I had to continue! I subsequently purchased twelve months of unlimited classes. It's a great value, especially since I usually show up for five or six classes per week. I love the variety of classes, the dedication of the instructors, and the feeling of camaraderie with my fitness classmates! My goal was not to lose weight; but I feel that I am more fit, with less body fat and more lean muscle!

I joined Achieve Fitness to do their 6 week challenge. Not knowing the income at all. I have to say with the group classes that Achieve offers, and the amazing instructors I was able to lose 6% body fat and almost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Not only did they challenge you with working out, they. Balls get you to a healthier eating lifestyle, with doing that I am diabetic free! Thank you Lisa and everyone at Achieve!

Achieve is the first gym I have joined since moving to the Cleveland area 2 years ago, and I’m so glad I did! I learned about Achieve through their 6 Week Challenge program. Not only did I reach my initial goal, but I am so excited to continue my fitness journey with Achieve. I have found a gym that I love coming to, the classes are amazing, and all of the instructors are so supportive and encouraging. They are helping me achieve my fitness goals, and I’ve found a great community that I’m so grateful to have been welcomed into.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

New clients are taken through a Fitness Assessment to test level of fitness, weigh, measured and body fat. Test results are gone over with client and a program

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret. You need to work at it. If the client is motivated to commit to coming 3 days a week to our classes or personal training sessions, doing some type of cardio outside the studio and eating healthier...they will see results. It's really up to the client. We will hold you accountable and give you all the tools you need to help you succeed and guide you through the process.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping clients along their health and fitness journey and knowing they have made a lifestyle change. Watching the process from when they started and how much they have changed to becoming a healthier person.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had no confidence when I was younger. I started working out in college and going to the gym made me stronger mentally and physically. Lifting weights made me more confident. I started carrying myself differently. I became a personal trainer to motivate my clients to become a stronger person mentally AND physically.

Why should our clients choose you?

We are NOT a big box gym. Clients enjoy the fact we are a personal training studio and our focus is being more attentive to them during classes. The trainers are able to pay attention to form and can be hands on if needed. Clients feel they are not just a number at our studio because our class format is more intimate setting so we get to know them and not treat them like a number.
