#supportourveterans #veteranowned He did amazing with lil Jack at only 6 days old. Before his appointment Jackson refused to sleep or lay in his back flat. Within min screaming his lungs out. You could tell he was in pain. He also had trouble breastfeeding on one side but did great on the other because of the pain in his neck. His position a good month before labor and coming out sunny side up did not help. Needless to say it had been a hectic 6 days. During his appointment yesterday at the end Jack slept on his back in the office for a good 5 min. Last night and today he has laid flat on his back n just content and awake for over 10 min each time. More...

I have a torn rotator cuff that I had been giving me pain. It is not bad enough for surgery but bad enough to cause sleepless nights. Dr. Eric has been working on it for two weeks. After the first time I met with him, I have no pain and I sleep like a baby.

The name of his practice says it all: ACHIEVE . I have gotten rid of the pain and sleepless nights. It also reliefs the stress from my right shoulder.

Awesome service ! I had back issues from work that Doctor cleared up in no time. I also had fractured my elbow a few months back and had residual muscle tightness and cartilage damage. He cured me up with therapy and scrapping techniques and got me back to being able to workout and lift again. He understands the crossfit community and is good with sports related injuries. First off Ms. Marcia was very informative about the entire process. As a first time patient I was a bit unaware of what would happen but she was quite helpful. Dr. Eric is amazing. He helped me to better understand what my issues were and with the adjustment I felt immediate results in my posture and the pain was lessened dramatically. Best Chiropractic office in Hampton Roads hands down! Dr. E has helped me immensely when it comes to my skeletal issues, pain and restricted muscle movement. I am an avid weightlifter and I ran into some muscle restrictions issues. Dr. E took his time listening to my concerns and walked me through what he could do and also what I could do at home to help. Also, as an athlete himself he understands exactly what I’m saying and the movement patterns I’m trying to improve on. Achieve Chiropractic is #1. Was in the area and stepped in to get adjusted - and when I left I was already feeling the pain in my lower back fade away. Every time I am in town I limp my way to his office for an adjustment, and run away feeling that I can do a few laps around the block.
