You must come in! It’s more than just a gym!THE LOCKER is extra ordinary place for ordinary people whatever your goal is, here is right place to start. Support and knowledge of all PTs is great. I’ve learnt a lot about nutrition, how human body works, and mostly I’ve realised that I am stronger that I thought I am. LOCKER is well equipped, sessions are always vibrant. You’ll never be bored in here. Atmosphere in gym is very friendly and welcoming. Members are very nice and they share their suggestions, experiences, recipes among them. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Enjoying your workout and diet are key for any body transformation. Gone are the days of being a slave to your diet and workout regime. You can achieve the body of your dreams by only having to make a few subtle changes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people on their journey and seeing them progress much beyond their initial beliefs. The thing that satisfy's me the most is introducing people to the gym that are afraid of the intensity of training and surprising them with how enjoyable a workout can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2012, I suffered from a motorcycle incident which resulted in a broken leg and some weight gain. After being subjected to physiotherapy and seeking further help for my own weight loss, I found a passion for fitness which has pushed me on to want to help other people struggling from a sedentary lifestyle that want to get much more active.
Why should our clients choose you?
Fitness is much more than just weight loss or muscle gain. It's about the therapy within the gym itself. It's about the community of people that are all in the process of improving themselves and wish to watch you excel. I truly care about every single client - I will regularly check in and make sure everything is ok to help keep you motivated.
