ACE Music is a multi-purpose entertainment group, providing foot-tapping/fun/varied music for all occasions, founded by Anthony Powell in 2005.

Anthony benefits from having a number of talented musical friends who have played together for many years at numerous events within South Devon.

Available in 3 different Trios or in his six-piece Band, he offers a bespoke service tailored to your requirements. Versatility centres on a strong rhythm section featuring "Smiler" Bob King on banjo & guitar, and Anthony on keyboard/piano.

His varied styles of music are represented in Trios "Proper Gander", “Chris & The Charlestoners”, and “Louie & The Armstrongs”.

"Teign Pan Alley" is his six-piece Retro Covers/Jazz Band featuring Jodie Newton, which has performed at many venues especially boat cruises and charity events.

From over two decades of playing in the South West area, Anthony has personally entertained hundreds of guests, at locations ranging from luxury seaside hotels, private parties, care homes for the elderly, hospices, open air events and charity work for the RNLI and church groups.

Being a talented pianist and keyboard-player, he has performed at weddings, receptions, special parties and “fun” occasions. He also offers singalongs, musical quizzes and party fun!

When not performing, Anthony offers piano tuition at reasonable prices, and composition requests.
