Isaac is extremely helpful. I’m not well and get overwhelmed by technology. Nothing is too much trouble. Because I had advice from his boss I was given a full refund from Mcafee. Result!!!

Absolutely fantastic overall service - highly efficient, fab customer service, exceptionally knowledgeable and great value for money. Very impressed by one of the employees, Isaac, who provided excellent customer service without any blinding jargon, was patient and curtiois towards my elderly mother and was determined to ensure that the difficult technical issues on her iPad were rectified. I saw the Ace computer shop whilst on holiday in Morecambe. My home is in Scotland, 240 miles away. I purchased a computer from Ace they made up to a good specification. They also updated my laptop specification. The service is fantastic and prices are sensible. I use them for all my computer stuff. I am about to purchase a laptop from them.
