Me and my wife are extremely happy regarding their service! The buses were very nice, drivers were great and the customer service was 24/7 and always ready to help and very proactive.
My wife is Brazilian and they even had Portuguese customer service which i found very impressive.

My friends and I met in NYC for a high school reunion and thought it would be fun to take a day trip to Washington DC. I booked Accurate Shuttle to take our group of 60 persons to DC and I could not be any more pleased with their service. They were punctual, accommodating and reliable. Muchísimas gracias a Accurate por el excelente servicio! Los contratamos desde Chile para que nos buscarán al aeropuerto de JFK Nueva York y nos llevarán al hotel y al siguiente dia nos dieran un tour por La Ciudad, claro está, también nos llevaron al aeropuerto el día de nuestra partida, éramos un grupo de 52 personas entre adultos y niños y debo decir que la atención y servicio fue impecable, el chofer súper amable y el servicio al cliente por teléfono a la hora de reservar fue súper amigable, todo anduvo tranquilo sin novedad!
