AccuCare Physical Therapy | Sports Rehab

After suffering for a year with plantar fasciitis, I was referred to AccuCare by my awesome podiatrist (Dr. Gina Nuccio). I have had pt many times, with many different and good therapists, but Jenny at AccuCare was remarkable !I came to Jenny with a pain level of 8-9. Within a few weeks, she brought my pain back down to 0-2. I am now able to do some walking, as well as accomplishing my chores pain free! Jenny gave me the tools I need to insure that I never have to suffer from that pain again.She was fun to work with, and I always felt confident in her abilities. The entire staff at AccuCare is warm, friendly, and takes a sincere interest in their clients /patients. Jessica works closely with Jenny, and took an interest in me as tho I was her patient. Jess is a personal trainer, and an amazing one at that!Both Jenny and Jessica made me feel so comfortable, and took a genuine interest in me. I injured my arms by lifting something heavy, I let it go for a few months only to have the injury get to a point that I could barely lift my arms. And, talk about pain... Sleep was another story, who can sleep when every time you move you wake in pain. I went to an orthopedist who ordered the standard CT-scans, no broken bones, of course....then, on to Physical Therapy. Step in AccuCare and Physical Therapist, Jennifer Pate. Under Jenny's care I not only resolved the pain, I learned about what to DO to help myself!! I would literally walk into a session unable to lift my arms and leave able to move my arms without pain. What I needed to do was stretch through the pain and get going...get my range of motion back with the addition of exercises - weight training. I would definitely recommend AccuCare, I know I will go back to them for my needs. They also offer classes that I am considering. The staff is friendly and responsive to your needs as well. I worked with Jessica for a couple months to recover from a knee injury. The AccuCare team worked to find me times that fit into my schedule. Jessica took time to listen to my concerns and details of how the injury was impacting my whole body. We worked on a plan to regain mobility, strengthen the knee and build stamina to be able to regain the lifestyle I was wanting. She also made the sessions go by quickly with interesting conversation and cared about me as a person, as well as a client. If I need physical therapy in the future I will be returning to AccuCare. AccuCare is a great place to go when given the choice of a Physical Therapist and/or Sports Rehab. It is easy to get an appointment that fits with your schedule and there is flexibility in scheduling as well. Everyone there is extremely friendly and nice to deal with. Jenny was an awesome PT that made my appointments something I looked forward to going to. She had the right balance of moving me forward to get stronger and taking care not to overdo anything. Jessica has been my personal trainer for the last 5 months. Jessica selects activities that will keep me challenged and on track toward reaching my fitness goals as well as working with my limitations from my previous surgeries. Jessica has a vast knowledge of various exercise, tools and techniques that makes my work outs both fun and effective. Jessica goes above and beyond on my diet goals as well! I came to AccuCare by recommendation of my fantastic podiatrist, Dr. Nuccio (who is brilliant and down to earth at once) at Two Steps Ahead, in Batavia. I had been suffering for about a year with plantar fasciitis. I have been to several different physical therapists, for different reasons (including pf, in my other foot), and I can truly say that Jenny, at AccuCare was the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable and skilled, and really listened to me. I went from a 9-10 pain level, to a 1-2 level in less than 6 weeks with Jenny! She taught me ways to handle pain, if it returns, and ways to keep it from coming back. AccuCare is a warm, inviting atmosphere. I believe that everyone in this practice cared about me, personally. We were partners in my healthcare. Jess, the Personal Trainer, was so kind to me, and these two talented women worked so well together, creating a fun, comfortable environment. I can’t say enough good things about AccuCare Physical Therapy. The entire staff is friendly and professional, making you feel welcome from your first visit on. I spent a few months with Jenny rehabilitating a knee injury. She was very professional, but it felt more like I was working with a friend than anything else. Setting appointments with Jessica was simple and she was able to work around my busy schedule to get me in at times that best suited me. I’ve been in physical therapy at other locations in the past, but I’ve never experienced the level of individual care and concern than I did at AccuCare. After a fall while skiing I sought out a physical therapist and what a fantastic find in Dr Jen and her assistant Jess! I feel fortunate to have been recommended to Accucare Rehabilitation by a co-worker. From the first time I met Vince I was totally at ease. He and his associate Caleb make my therapy sessions enjoyable. Vince and Caleb have worked with me before and after my ankle surgery and I am happy to say I am walking and working pain free. Accucare has become my second home due to a series of injuries I've suffered in the past year.  Vince and his assistant Caleb are caring and fun and make the many many hours I spend there enjoyable.  They are very accommodating with appointment times....often even coming in early or staying late for patients.  I found them online after an experience at  another facility left me feeling like a number - just one of a thousand patients.  At Accucare you feel like you are part of the family.    And to top it off I have achieved great results.  I was treated for a terrible case of plantar fasciitis, and with lots of work and listening to Vince I am now running again!  I highly recommned Accucare for any type of physical therapy.
