I purchased a kitchen through Accolade Kitchens, and was given a fitting date. Whilst the quality of the kitchen isn’t in question. I would however recommend that you are careful and look into your own fitters, whilst my experience of using “Their independent fitters” they arrived timely made a good job of fitting my new kitchen. However on completion of the job made off with my old sink and tap afterwards. This was an issue as I had arranged for a friend to have them to which the fitter was made aware. Cash was requested as preferred method of payment by the fitters. Though they said you could pay by bacs or cheque. (ask for a receipt as proof of payment) Re the Gas fitting please ensure that you ask who the independent fitter is ! and that the fitter then registers your appliance and leaves his/her details as proof that the job had been completed within corgi registration as I am still awaiting my certificate, contact Gas Safe to see if the fitter registered your appliances. Quality service from start to finish,After weeks of searching for worktops and having no idea what to choose I went to Accolade in Stoke, i was advised on different worktops and which were the best, then along came the fella to not only measure up but armed with a million samples, he helped me to choose the right worktop that would suit my decor, i had my worktops done today, the fitters were really pleasant and hardworking even fixed a wonky cupboard for me and advised on new cupboard handles, will defo be going back in the future.

In love with our new kitchen from accolade. Beat all other quotes (including IKEA and wren) and the quality is much better. We were also able to have many items bespoke such as our double pantry units and solid oak breakfast bar. Service was great throughout. They contacted us before install to update us on progress and confirm details and the fitters were excellent. An issue with a worktop was sorted straight away and they couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and to help get our kitchen perfect. Would definitely recommend! More...

Live UpdatesThursday 2nd November, 2018Why Accolade? Firstly, we settled on Accolade as they seemed a good all round company and their pricing was much better than some of the other local companies. The planning stage isn’t as polished as other companies; you don’t, for example, get a computer-generated plan of your kitchen. However, this isn’t vital.Experience so far? Everyone has been helpful and friendly so far. There was a slight mix up with dates on fitting. Also, it's important to note that they ONLY do the kitchen install and any additional work needs to be planned by yourself. Accolade do, however, give you the details of workmen they recommend.Anything else to note? We also made a change from the original plan. They recommended non-branded white goods, but we simply couldn’t find any review on this range of products; this could be good news as people tend to leave reviews when not happy. However, it was a risk we didn’t want to take and it was no trouble to get them to change to branded white goods.10 Jan Update (oops been busy, install went ahead on time)Okay the taking the kitchen out went well. Although, the painter said they should have taken the tiles off the wall, which he claims normally happens.The install then went well. The fitter and his son are very nice and got the job done quickly.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------However, there have been some problems. A number of the workmen they recommended to do the non-fitting jobs were very poor.The plumber made us wait for more than a month and then informed us we should get someone else. He was also twice as expensive as the company who did do the work (review to follow).The tiler was also very expensive and when asked why became very hostile (review to follow)The other work complete by third parties was satisfactory. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Post install service. On the install being completed we noted that a cupboard shelf wasn't in place. We called to have them send the small bracket so we could fix this ourselves.
