To Anthony, he did an excellent job and talked me through absolutely everything from changing locks, sorting a garage door, adjusting pvc doors. Really filled me with confidence and trust with his work, normally a trade person turns up and would be untidy/unprofessional but he clearly showed enthusiasm for his job just by his looks/personality.
I would highly highly recommend him to anyone needing any lock work or advice!
Even though it was my first house he didn’t try to overcharge me and did the complete opposite within reason!

Absolutely brilliant service. Anthony was free and was able to come around ten minutes after I rang. He was clear about his set rate fee upfront and then replaced the lock on our door. My dad's uPVC door lock was having some issues locking securely.
Anthony came out the next day to have a look, and due to the lock being in use for 20 odd years, a completely new lock was needed.

There is a flat rate for labour, then any additional charges are for parts needed for repair or replacement.
There was even a discount for the elderly which was an added bonus.
It was a big job as the whole lock had to be removed and replaced.

Anthony showed due care and attention to his work, even caring about the tension on the door handles as he didn't want my dad to struggle to use them.

My dad and I were very happy with the work done, and would happily use Anthony again for any other works if needed. More...

Managed to get the front door stuck this morning. Having read the previous reviews, I decided to give All Access Locksmith a call.

Anthony came as soon as he has finished his previous job. He explained the cost of his visit immediately, which is great. (He doesn't charge by the hour, just a flat rate)

The job did proved to be a challenging one but Anthony remained positive throughout. He explained everything he did which I found assuring. He used his 14 years experience and completed the job. He also explained how to improve our security and tidied up.

Our front door lock got stuck with the key unable to turn completely, and although it wasn't an emergency call, the locksmith Anthony was able to visit us the next day. He was very professional and polite both on the phone and in person. I immediately felt comfortable that he cared about the customer and wanted to do the best job he could.
