Everyone at Accent Realtors was most informative and professional. Becky and Derrick worked tirelessly in assessing our needs and wants. They gave us numerous options, and kept us well-informed at every step of our new home search process. If you are looking to buy a home, you can't go wrong with Becky and Derrick. They provided us with great insights on properly pricing the house. (I think that Paul is a pricing wizard!) We had seven showings in the first two days. We had a nice offer almost immediately, and sold the home within a week for more than our asking price. Paul and Susan called us regularly to keep us up to speed as things progressed on the sale of our home - and they made themselves available for questions which we had during the process. I had my house on the market a few years back with no luck. Then this year I decided to try again. The first realtor I chose gave me the run around, never even put a sign in the yard! Finally I called Accent Realtors & WOW what a difference. They are a wonderful company to work with. They have your best interest at heart & they follow through with what they say. I had someone view my home within 12 hours of listing it with Accent and an offer for my asking price within 36 hours from the first person to view it! Even while I considered the first offer for a couple of days, there were 4 viewings from other interested parties too. If you take Accent Realtor's advice on prepping your home, you will have a lot of people interested in buying your home. Once the final offer was agreed upon and signed, Accent Realtor's team helped me so much in coordinating the sale up to the close. My first time working with Accent. The number on sign led to this company. My agent, Mike Lager was a friendly guy with lots of smiles. Thing I like best about working with him is at the time of house showing he came with alot of documents and report about the house. I get to know all about what was done to the house and when it was done. I don't know if I got lucky that the house report just happen to be available for this house. I've been looking for houses for a while , and I only get to see house reports for HUD houses but not one sell by owner like this one. The draw back from the whole experience is that I had to drive to the office to submit paper works when many other agent offer the option of doing it online. I was not straight foward enough to ask for what I wanted, but at the office I get to make an account for Accent to send me up to date emails that match my searches. Had it not been for Paul Wheeler, Susan and others at Accent Realtors, I would have probably lost my mind. I literally had the buyer from "H"! At one point, when the buyers were trying their best to get everything for free and upset both me and Accent, the cool demeanor of Paul, Susan and others helped me forage through the forest!!! I had used another Realty firm prior to going with Accent, however the previous firm did nothing at all during the listing, no ads, no showings, just had me tied to a binding contract I could not wait until I was free of them in order to list with Accent and Paul Wheeler. Once the listed house was sold, working with Accent in purchasing a new home was absolutely a breeze! Accent knew what I wanted, they only showed me what I wanted (other Realty concerns will push up the ante, to try to get the buyer to purchase more than originally planned). My buying spree went so fast, with Accent, we had it signed sealed and ready for closing in about a week. Accent Realtors sold my house in the 90 days they promised and I actually made money in the sale. They also helped me put money down on a foreclosure that I bid on against 4 other people and won the bid. I didn't have any money to put down on the foreclosure and Accent Realtors helped me get the house until my house was sold. My house sold and I bought the foreclosure all at the same table/time.
