Personal problems usually take a long time to form, some even go back to childhood. Mainstream culture suggests that resolving these unconscious habitual thought patterns and behaviors takes a very long time, often weekly, for months and years.

I provide Accelerated Breakthrough Coaching and therapeutic support for clients seeking change in days and weeks, rather than over years. My clients achieve fast and tangible results.

My unique approach is an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Huna, Narrative Therapy, Co-Active Coaching, education, connecting with new resources, Decision Coaching, Accountability, and Productivity Coaching.

My Approach:

I work with clients across four discrete stages for their Accelerated Breakthrough, either all together or a la carte, according to the needs and interests of each client.

1) Clarify The Past
This involves investigation and information gathering via a targeted and detailed personal history. In this stage we uncover your current situation, goals, and the root causes blocking you from achieving your goals. Together we identify internal obstacles including limiting beliefs and limiting emotions, like anger, sadness, fear, guilt, and anxiety. Clients often find that the problems and goals they are first trying to address have a deeper source and structure, which informs the type of solution pursued and the approach to achieving goals. Some clients find that the insights in this stage alone are substantial, sometimes enough for them to make life changes on their own.

2) Master the Past
I guide you to systematically resolve limiting beliefs and emotions. You will likely expand your awareness, learn about new resources, and identify new strategies. Most clients experience a profound openness, freedom, and happiness when they are no longer bound by their long-held limiting emotions and beliefs.

3) Design the Future
From a new liberated and creative perspective you are now free to design your life the way you want it, aligned with you true purpose. This may again involve expanding awareness, learning about new resources, and identifying new strategies. It may involve recognizing that some things in your life may need changing or even removal to make room for the new. Out with the old, in with the new.

4) Succeed Now and Thrive
In the end, real change requires taking real action. In this stage you will build off the breakthroughs and insights gained in stages 1-3, and actively implement for results. Many clients find that they can now fully implement without additional support from me. Others find that they need temporary or even ongoing support as they shift their new thought patterns into real world action. Taking action can sometimes open up awareness about previously unconscious areas of resistance, so ongoing support can be helpful when this comes up.
