I used Acacia bridal because I just couldn't find a dress that was exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I found a picture of a dress I saw online and gave that as direction of what I wanted my dress to look like. I'm be honest, I was nervous after I chose the materials and got measured as to whether Acacia bridal would meet my expectations. The day I went to see and try my dress on for the first time was magical! I literally fell IN LOVE with it!! They exceeded my expectations and I felt so beautiful in my dress. I came across Acacia Bridals online after the boutique I was about to order my dream vintage inspired wedding dress went bust. I knew exactly what I wanted my dress to look like but I didn't think a tailor made dress would be within my budget. I sent Acacia some photos of the dress I wanted to design and I was delighted when they came back to me within 24 hours with a very reasonable quote. I met Jo shortly afterwards for a consultation. She was extremely warm, friendly and professional and she explained the process and listened carefully to exactly what I wanted for my wedding dress. I had no hesitation to go ahead and order my dress through Acacia. The resulting dress was absolutely perfect and it felt extra special that every part of the dress had been designed uniquely for me. Jo and her team worked hard to create a beautiful dress for me in 3-4 months.Acacia Bridals is where you go when you know what you want. I was not that good at knowing what I wanted! In hindsight I may have chosen a slightly different style dress, but one thing is for sure, I still would have gone to Jo and the team to create it for me.I appreciated the way that exact measurements were required at every stage and this helped to put my mind at ease. Once the dress was being made I was sent regular update pictures. I would have liked to have been kept in the loop a bit more about when materials were ordered and how far they were off starting my dress. But again this was all down to the fact that I had an entire wedding to organise in a short period of time and couldn’t afford the risk of not having a dress at the end of it! Overall, I was pleased with my experience and I would recommend Acacia Bridals to other brides-to-be out there looking for their perfect dress. Amazing service from start to finish! I can't thank Acacia Bridals enough for my dress. Coming across Acacia Bridals was truly God sent. This was definitely the best decision as I could not find what I wanted in the stores despite visiting so many places. None of the dresses I had tried on gave me that “this is the dress” feeling. Luckily I came across a flyer I’d picked up at the wedding fair and contacted Acacia Bridals. I was initially worried as stores said I needed 6-9 months to order a dress but this was not a problem for Acacia Bridals and I was reassured the timing was more than enough. The first consultation was so detailed and very thorough going through many aspects of the design, some things which I hadn’t even thought of! Leaving no stone un-turned. After the initial consultation I knew I could trust Acacia Bridals to deliver. Jo was so lovely to work with and helped turn my dream dress into a reality. It was absolutely stunning. People haven't stopped talking about the dress even months later. My dress was tailored to perfection. From the first consultation to the final fitting and collection I was kept at ease. It was such a great and exciting experience as I got to pick out everything, from the lining to the lace, the design and all finishing touches making it unique and personal to me. Jo provided great advice based on her expertise which was a great help and always ensured she kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you so so much! My experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I couldn't find what I wanted in bridal boutiques and was getting very stressed out, then I contacted jo at acacia bridal. I am an extremely picky and anxious customer but Jo made me feel at ease, answering all my queries and worries at anytime of the day. I was also kept updated throughout, the process was professional and all of my dreams came true and the dress itself was phenomenal! Everybody said they had never seen such a beautiful dress and I felt like a real princess! I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Acacia Bridals, I had to attend a wedding and the dresses I saw was beautiful but at Acacia Bridals it was made to fit me the way I wanted and the style aswell.
