We called to get a maintenance service on our aged HVAC. Website clear, thorough and easy to navigate -- check. We were able to get a technician the next day, which was preferable to our schedules. We loved getting a text reminder with a photo of our service technician and a little history about him, so we knew when he arrived that he truly worked for the company. He had a company badge and logo on his clothes and truck. Safety needs -- check. Convenience -- check. Joel called within an hour of his arrival to assure us of his ETA. Professionalism -- check. He was conversational, explained the status of our system in layperson terms and was timely. Skilled/Trained -- check. Our service technician asked great questions and allowed time for us to ask questions. Approachable -- check. His appearance was clean and fresh (thanks for the slip-on booties). Presence -- check. My wife and I were impressed with the high marks AC Pros received from customer reviews and I wish to add mine. We needed to replace 4 aging AC units and furnaces in our 27-year old home. Russ gave us a comprehensive printed listing of the scope of work he proposed to do with recommendations on the best system combinations that met our needs and budget. I have been a customer of AC Pros for the last 18-20 years and have always had great service. I have also needed to replace units and the sales team is just as wonderful. My home has 5 AC units and the home is 28 years old. Maintenance program is very beneficial, I get reminders when it is due and there are discounts on certain items/services. Joel arrived as requested and completed our spring check up efficiently. I've been using AC Pros for about 10 years and have had good service consistently. I have been using AC Pros for several years. Service technicians are always on time and do a great job. Technicians always explain exactly what they are going to do and once completed inform me of what they did and if there are other things not pressing that could be done at a later time to make the equipment more efficient.

Once again, AC Pros came to my rescue. I had a new system installed 13 years ago by these guys, and had no problems until now, when the system reached the end of it's life. It died on a Monday night, and I called AC Pros Tuesday morning. By 3 on Tuesday afternoon, I had a contract for a new system and they had provided window units for my use so I wouldn't have to go to a hotel. Installation was done on Thursday and by 3pm I had cold air. 48 hours from the time I knew the system had to be replaced until it was complete. I completely trust this company and recommend no other for HVAC issues. They have provided services for many homes in my neighborhood, and really take care of us. When our AC died, Chrissy answered the phone at 0735 (no phone tree or answering service) and arranged for Joel to arrive in the early afternoon the same day. Joel diagnosed the problem and had the system operating within 30 minutes. Joel also suggested some efficiency improvements in the distribution network and Russ offered us a proposal by the close of business. Mario and Victor arrived promptly on the appointed installation day (no postponements, delays or excuses) and completed their work within one day. Jordan from AC Pros did maintenance/repair on our A/C. He did an outstanding job and was VERY knowledgable and professional. Our house was not cooling down and the unit was running constantly. He explained to us step-by-step what he was doing after diagnosing the problem and made sure we gave him the go ahead to do what needed to be done. Most AC companies will come into your house and tell you immediately that you need a new compressor, entire new unit, etc. That was not the case with AC Pros.
