This is incredible!! I keep imagining how Dr. Vincent brought my husband back to me in just 15 hours. No one can make me believe that there is a spell wheel that really works. This spell should be on the powers of the lovers. Because now I am happy with my husband. Having never really being one for the gym I joined Alesha at Christmas - 4 months ago - as a way of keeping up my fitness and diversifying my training from just doing the odd run while the weather was bad. Initially I joined for some group training sessions expecting simply to put through my paces for a few weeks but what I got was a whole lot more. Alesha was very supportive of what I wanted to get out of the training, gave me additional 1 on 1 support to ensure I was exercising correctly and support on a healthy diet helping me finally kick my biscuit addiction! Since lockdown and the gym closing Alesha has gone above and beyond that of a lot of other friends trainers not only offering 1 on 1 Skype sessions but regular group sessions for all her clients on Zoom. I signed up for more group sessions before lockdown without hesitation (although can't wait to actually get round to them!) and will be carrying on my 1 to 1 sessions for at least the duration of the current madness and likely beyond. Alesha is very professional and well organised, She made it very clear what was needed to be able to achieve the goals I had and made it fun and enjoyable at the same time! Well what can I say! Alesha is amazing and worth every penny. She is more than happy to be on hand 24/7 to advise and support her clients. Nothing phases her , she supports you both physically and mentally , giving you the tools to take control of your own life and reach your goals. She tailors her sessions to the training needs of the individual and has the right balance of good and bad cop lol I love my sessions with Alesha and would recommend her to anyone, she is such a lovely, caring person. I have been going to the gym regularly for about 3 years but never been confident to do anything other than classes.
Working with Alesha has given me the push to train harder and given me the confidence to work out on my own in the gym tackling those 'stubborn' areas.

I have definitely seen huge changes in my body shape since training with Alesha . I have lost a stone in weight and toned in the places that needed to . Only half way through my journey to a new me , but I know that it's all achievable with Alesha's guidance . I have been doing alesha classes for a while now and they are great, she knows how to encourage and push everyone, but in the right way. Always has us trying new things and pushing ourselves with stuff we would not normally try.

I have just had a baby, and I'm getting married in August, so need to lose weight to get into my dress. I have been going to gym so much as I can, but needed someone to push me. Alesha is amazing. She has complete confidence in me and after 3 session I can already see a difference. So, this morning Alesha horrified me by sending me my first set of pictures from the start of January - the change in my body and mindset since then has just been incredible. I've always had the intentions of 'getting fit again' and couldn't and wouldn't have carried on, and be motivated to continue without her support. My lifestyle has completely changed, and I'm starting to feel confident and happier in my own skin - which is amazing. It is very important to understand that everyone is different. Each individual requires tailored plans & workouts to ensure that they are achieving their desired results. At the first session I will gather a food diary, exercise regime and end goals to decide the best plan for them.

Im afraid there isnt a secret! Hard work, dedication, motivation and my 100% support.

My job is so rewarding! Knowing that everyday I get to change peoples lives in so many different ways, seeing that I can help someone is more than enough.

I have always been in to fitness from a young age. I have competed nationally in dancing for 6 years and I wanted to take my love of fitness that little step further by helping others.

I know that whether you are starting out or need that extra help on your fitness journey it can be daunting so that’s why I like to make you feel at ease as much as possible!

I am kind, caring, helpful and dedicated to the work I do. I am able to work around you, find what works best for you, support you and help create a better you. It will be challenging and tough at times but definitely the most rewarding.
