I have been going to the gym regularly for about 3 years but never been confident to do anything other than classes.
Working with Alesha has given me the push to train harder and given me the confidence to work out on my own in the gym tackling those 'stubborn' areas.

I have definitely seen huge changes in my body shape since training with Alesha . I have lost a stone in weight and toned in the places that needed to . Only half way through my journey to a new me , but I know that it's all achievable with Alesha's guidance . I have been doing alesha classes for a while now and they are great, she knows how to encourage and push everyone, but in the right way. Always has us trying new things and pushing ourselves with stuff we would not normally try.

I have just had a baby, and I'm getting married in August, so need to lose weight to get into my dress. I have been going to gym so much as I can, but needed someone to push me. Alesha is amazing. She has complete confidence in me and after 3 session I can already see a difference. So, this morning Alesha horrified me by sending me my first set of pictures from the start of January - the change in my body and mindset since then has just been incredible. I've always had the intentions of 'getting fit again' and couldn't and wouldn't have carried on, and be motivated to continue without her support. My lifestyle has completely changed, and I'm starting to feel confident and happier in my own skin - which is amazing. Q&A

It is very important to understand that everyone is different. Each individual requires tailored plans & workouts to ensure that they are achieving their desired results. At the first session I will gather a food diary, exercise regime and end goals to decide the best plan for them.

There really is no secret! Hard work, dedication, motivation and my 100% support.

My job is so rewarding! Knowing that everyday I get to change peoples lives whether that will be helping them become more healthy, fitter, happy or confident. Seeing that I can help someone is more than enough.

I have always been in to fitness from a young age. I have competed nationally in dancing for nearly 8 years and I wanted to take my love of fitness that little step further by helping others.

I know that whether you are starting out or want help to add to your fitness journey it can be daunting so that’s why I like to make you feel at ease as much as possible!

I am kind, caring, helpful and dedicated to the work I do. I am able to work around you, find what works best for you, support you and help create a better you.
