Steve was excellent. He arrived on time every morning for two weeks and helped to transform our living room,dining room and kitchen.
We had some challenging walls to paint but this did not phase him. He is a perfectionist and if something was not quite right he was not happy until it was correct. He was cheerful and always cleared up after himself every day. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to our friends and family.

This depends on the existing footings are deep enough for conversion

This depends on the slope of roof and if the roof structure I.e the rafters can be moved or changed to form the loft

Scaffolding to perimeter of property up and over and covered
Take tiles of roof
Add new steels as to plans run new floor beams 1st fix water, gas, and electrics new staircase
New stud wall, plastering
2nd fix all supplies carpentry and paint
