Kristina worked out the pain I was having in my back. It kept me from moving, turning around etc and had been growing worse for several weeks. I was turning into a statue. I wasn't sure what to do so went to Abundant Health Massage.She knew exactly what to do. I skipped out of there felling much lighter. Kristina provided a relaxing environment both by lighting and music but also by explaining the Lypossage experience so there was no uncomfortable surprises. What can I say about Lypossage but...it works! I lost about 1/2" on thighs, hips and waist. My tight-fitting trousers that I wore to the appointment were actually comfortable after the appointment. I started seeing Kristina because of an incredibly stiff and painful neck that just would not go away. After just the first session I had more mobility and less pain. Kristina gave me the most wonderfully, relaxing deep tissue therapeutic massage today! She used some lavender oil and worked her magic on all my tense muscles.
