Jen and her team are exceptional. She replaced a very long-standing cleaner who was familiar with our house and our family but ready to move on and Jen made the transition seamless. She is responsible, professional, open to alternative and holistic cleaning methods and has a great memory. I have had Absolutely Spotless Residential Cleaning Service clean my home for 11 years and I am very happy with this Service. They are very professional, reliable, honest, trustworthy and their rates are reasonable. They are able to do weekly, biweekly, monthly or specific special cleaning needs. They do a very thorough job and if I have a specific request, they follow through no problem. If for any reason, they need to change my cleaning day, always appropriate notice is given. When I bought a huge house for my extended family -- a house with 5 bathrooms & bedrooms, and a fully finished basement as well -- I was completely daunted by the task of cleaning it. Jen at Absolutely Spotless was recommended to me for doing high quality work and using environmentally friendly cleaning products & practices -- important because I have a small child. Jen came and gave me an estimate and I was thrilled by the first clean they did (and the very reasonable price). So from that time on (April 2011), Absolutely Spotless have been cleaning the house for me.
