Strong and clear message, easy navigation, good content.
Your website is your first and best chance to make a lasting impression to your customers. What is the first thing visitors see when they come to your website? Do they understand your site’s purpose?
In order to have a successful and engaging website, it should have a simple and clear message that all visitors can understand.
It is important to organise the information on your website in a simple and structured way.
Your content is the single most important element in increasing customers. Make sure that the content you add to your site is displayed in a simple and clear manner.
Build a community for your business using social media - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.,
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
There are many, but would start with:-
Describe your target audience.
What is the purpose of the website?
What are your corporate core values and how do you express them to your visitors?
What makes you different from your competitors?
Why should people do business with you rather than your competitors?
Describe the style of the website you want.
Do you have specific company colors that need to be used?
Can you provide the Pantone numbers for your company colors?
Do you have any other materials that the site needs to match with in some way (brochures, press materials, etc.)?
What do you like most about your current website?
Describe your creative process.
Research (following initial meeting with client)
Planning (including sketch and mood board/wire frame for client approval)

What do you love most about your job?
We just love being able to create something that can be seen almost immediately - or at the least part of it. It is instant gratification - unless it doesn’t work and then it's frustrating.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been employed by various web agencies, until one day I realised that the only thing I was doing was actually building others' dreams. I had a steady fixed income each month, and that's great, but I'm a dreamer and a visionary myself and I always knew I was destined for something great. I halted for a second to understand how the world works and it was time for reversing the equation. In the Real World you either be an entrepreneur, or you work for one. On that day I decided to wear multiple of hats till I let the world build my own dream.
