What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of working with so many different micro and small companies. I like the challenge of a start-up who has so many ideas but maybe not the strategic thought to put things together in the structured way, but equally get inspired by the company that has been operating for a while and grown well and knows when they need help to take their business to the next level.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 27 years working with large companies delivering a lot for corporate shareholders. I wanted to get away from the Corporate life and all the politics that comes with it. I have numerous experiences that can easily be applied to smaller or larger companies, and thought the time is right to see who I can help. I am an expert in Marketing and believe that every company however small needs a marketing department; what I deliver is a scalable function based on the financial or organisational needs of the company at the time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not your average consultant.
I am not driven by the next project and not driven by the creation of pretty charts that promise the world but don't actually tell you what to do. I have created a number of options that can work month on month along a cycle that requires say 2 days per month time investment, or can run larger more complex projects with multiple consultants to deliver results fast.....
I share the whole of my thought process on day 1 without charge and will leave you alone if you want to apply it yourself. But I find that I can create the best value when somebody understands the end to end goal and cycle and lets me take them on the journey starting at the very beginning with small steps, and building step by step to world domination.
