I had been thinking about my self-sabotaging decisions in this lifetime leading up-to seeing a sign for Absolute Hypnosis. While I didn't need help with stopping smoking or eating less, I do want to make the most of this lifetime. Being skeptical that there was a solution, I emailed and Donna called to patiently answer all my questions, and explain to my logical side why hypnosis was needed. All I can say is, I walked out of that office after my first session, listed my business for sale that evening, and made a list of things to achieve towards the life I wanted. My business is sold, I am making progress and feel more in control of my life than ever. Donna is professional, caring and someone that just talking with helps to give great clarity.
