As soon as the plumber George arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed the clogged drain pipe in 30 minutes, he also gave us many useful advises for future maintenance. Had a plumbing semi-emergency and knew that none of our local plumbers would be interested in coming in less than a week. So, I left my address on their webpage and received a prompt call from the company offering to send a plumber right then . I told them that the leak probably wouldn't destroy our house in the next few hours and they could come in the morning. Wallace came in the morning and finished the rather complicated repair efficiently by noon. The price seemed a bit high for a half day's work, so a star off for that, but everything else was good. I suppose you have to pay extra for urgent work, but sometimes that's necessary when you don't have time to wait for the local guys. Would recommend them for emergencies, but because of price, not for anything that isn't urgent. More...

Just bought a home in Union, NJ and had blocked pipes from previous owner not maintaining. The drain in tub, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink were all stopped up. Tried to snake myself to no avail. I called A-Absolute and they sent out a guy who arrived on Sunday morning of Memorial Weekend. He cut the board under my sink and began to unclog. He was courteous and professional. We have used A Absolute for many years, from installing our New furnace,humidifier and hot water heater to service for the above. This week we found a leak in our garage. Another plumber told us that the leak was under our cement slab of our house. They said we had to dig up our driveway, garage and back hallway in order to find and repair the leak. It would have cost over $20,000. We called Absolute for a second opinion. The plumber named Matt who came from Absolute was sure that the leak was NOT under the slab. He was determined to find the source of the leak. It took him a few hours, but he found it!! It was the condensate pump on the furnace humidifier. An easy fix! They just had to replace the pump!! I called this company this morning and they set up an appointment in 30 min. 2 min after the appointment time the phone rings and the office rep tells me the tech is in my drive way. I believe his name was Lam. He came in, gave me some prices I actually don’t like at all, but hey, I called them and they gave me their price, which I find fair game regardless if I like it or not. I had a horrible experience with RR the night before, they assured me my plumbing problem was something that was going to cost well over $3,000 and be very messy, RR lacked confidence and seemed very confused after being in my home over an hour, today A-Absolute arrived and Technician Shaun was very confident in his abilities to locate the problem, it took him about ten minutes, he was A-Absolutely right lol he repaired the problem and only cost me less than $200, it was great having a confident Technician out doing your damage plumbing

On Thursday I thought I had a minor blockage in my pipes that required an expert plumber it turned out to be something extremely worst. My sewer line was backing up into my home in the basement . Matt V is a miracle worker! He was professional, conscientious, and took his time to understand my issue and best-RESOLVE it. My furnace was not working and my basement was a mess following a flood. Matt assessed my furnace and determine that a new control panel was needed; when he didn’t have it on hand, he went to the store to buy it and promptly returned. Terrific experience with A-Absolute Plumbing. We had a backed up kitchen sink which then backed up down the basement and we had a flood on Easter evening. Marcus came out to repair a burst pipe and replace one of the shut off valves from the main line today. He had to wedge himself into a crawl space underneath the house in order to avoid opening up our walls and I couldn’t be more grateful for his efforts. Took the time to explain everything that he was doing start to finish and his price estimate was pretty much spot on. All said and done the price was reasonable and the work was top notch. Your serviceman came on time and could not have been more thorough. He showed me pictures on his phone of my existing air conditioning system, which was no longer repairable (25 years old).
