What’s your signature dish?
I love making a deep dish lasagna with salsiccia! I worked as a young cook in several Italian restaurants in my hometown and a good lasagna was always a staple item on their menus.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to get as many details as I can during the initial consult. I ask if there are any specific likes and dislikes and develop a menu from there. I try to include the vision of the client as well as adding a touch of the local/outdoorsy elements of the JH area.
What do you love most about your job?
I am cooking in the most beautiful place in the US......Jackson, WY !
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as an executive chef for many years in Jackson. I saw a need for a catering and cake business and decided it was my opportunity to use my talent and experience to provide elegant food and wedding cakes with a whimsical, mountain flair.

I understand guest service. Being raised in the Italian restaurant kitchens, I was taught the meaning of service and customer satisfaction through the food we created. The guest is always number one.
