Circuit style training, boxercise, body weight exercises tailored to everybody`s own goals which can be losing weight, or general fitness. I can offer nutritional advice as well, about a healthy diet if someone wants to lose weight or put on weight , I will also help with reading nutritional information on products and I will explain what to look for and what is good to avoid.

I motivate them to work hard and eat right. I always listen to my clients to find out their goals and then i sit down and work out an action plan which is sustainable but challenging enough so they can see results.

there is no secret to getting a dream body, it all comes down to hard work in the gym and a healthy lifestyle, eating right for your goals and eating the right amount of calories.

working for myself is quite lovely because I can choose my own hours and my own clients.
