What’s your signature dish?
One of our most requested dishes is our collard green egg rolls. The egg rolls are filled with seasoned chicken breast and greens and hand rolled and fried. A sweet sauce with hints of grape is provided for dipping.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We sit down with the customer and ask them if they have any suggestions for their menu, then we offer suggestions and customize their menu to their liking.
What do you love most about your job?
We love creating food that our customers love and also seeing the expression on their face when they taste our food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of food inspired me to become creative in the kitchen, and people's reaction to the food made me start catering.
