AAR was great to work with. I communicated with Desiree and Julian and they were always available to answer my questions and work with scheduling. When Julian did our first roof assessment, he suggested that we only needed repairs.  I appreciated his thorough explanation and open communication.  I requested about 6 estimates from different companies, and only two, including AAR said we only needed repairs.  The other 4 did not even suggest the possibility of a roof repair which was about a third of the cost of a complete re-roof. I called Desiree again to schedule for a second look at the roof and to get another estimate for a whole new roof just to see my options. Julian came by again and was happy to give me another estimate and again explained that the localized repairs would already extend the life of the roof for a few years, but a new roof would give me about 10 or so years. After looking at my handful of bids for repairs and new roofs, I went with AAR to repair my roof and install new gutters because of their communication, scheduling, and price. After the job was done, I noticed a section of the gutter in front of the house was not aesthetically cut at the right angle. I sent a pic and a quick sketch to Desiree and she responded immediately. We had new gutters installed on our house, as well as some repair work done to clean up some dry rot.  Desiree, Julian and team were professional and thorough in their work and their communication.  They did great work for a very reasonable price, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project to completion.  We can't recommend these guys highly enough - one of the best experiences I've had with anyone working on our house. Above All came recently to replace the roofs and gutters for our HOA which consists of 8 townhouse units. Being a part of the HOA board who had contact with Desiree and her team we were happy with the process and the overall result. The new roofs and gutters all look great. It's a little early to see if there are problems but so far so good! They give an 8 year warranty as well so should be fine. Desiree had been very responsive with us and was easy to communicate with. She was always polite and replied quickly to any questions we had. The supervisor who oversaw the work on site was easy to work with as well.We had received 5 quotes in total for the job and Above All was the most reasonably priced. The work and materials were essentially the same between all of the contractors, so it made pretty good sense to choose Above All.There was a lot of coordinating involved on their end with the weather and the different teams they had for the tear-off, material delivery, roofing and gutter work but everything went smoothly. There were a few small delays which usually happen with these sorts of things, but all in all we're happy with the result. For the price we give them 5/5 stars! More...

Above All Roofing did a great job.  Desiree was always very prompt with communications.  Julian came out and did the quote for us.  He was on time and very helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed, what Above All would be able to fix and a potential issue that another company would have to fix.  Jose and Mike did an exceptional job doing the work.  A few days after the work was completed, we had some rain.  Desiree was very accommodating, Jose and Mike came out to double check and found that there weren't any leaks.  Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate having them come out and work on my roof again if I ever needed additional work done. Great Company...Amazing Communication.  Needed my roof completely replaced, got the initial quote which was dramatically cheaper than the other 3 quotes I recieved, and they were very honest that they would be up front with any additional costs if needed.  Desiree was in constant communication with me via email and text on items that came up, even sent me photos as proof for the need of added equipment.  I appreciated that, and the work was done well and everything was clean when things were complete!  Yes my final cost was a bit higher, but it was still cheaper than the lowest of the other 3 bids!  I'd definitely recommend Above All Roofing for anyone in need of Roofing! I am so glad I chose this roofing company. I had a old shake roof that they removed and sheeted off with plywood. They pulled permits and replaced all the dry rot. The workers were real nice and professional. They put on seamless gutters and a 40 year composition roof that makes my house look like a new home. They delivered on everything that was written on the contract proposal and I am a totally satisfied customer. I found these guys thru Thumbtack. As soon as I requested a quote they got back to me within an hour. They sent out Mike to make an assessment and he got us a competitive quote within a couple of days. We got the job booked in for the following week and the guys turned up on time, got the job done, took photos to show me their work and also gave me some advice about an area that may need attention within the next year or two. I had the roof repaired begin of 2015 and wanted to wait till it rained a few times before reviewing. They repaired 2 valleys and a quarter roof for me. Its rained a few several times and doesn't seem to leak so I'm happy. The price was competitive. Mundo who did the quote was friendly, and the roofer who did the work was quick. The first day ended up being missed due to roofer sickness, and it took a week to pick up some of the remaining scrap after the job was finished, other than that im pleased and would use them again. After getting ripped off by a fraudster who left me without a roof during a storm, I found these guys. Julian brought a crew in right away and did a fantastic job -- and were amazingly fast, too! Julian is nice, their installation crew is fantasic, only thing preventing me to give them a 5 star is the tearing down company they hire to tear down our roof, they were late on two days, but overall julian did a great job.
