We would need to inspect for size and relevant access and apply to planning with drawings for them to accept.

Making an access point within the property that works to put a stair case in supplying and install the relevant steels to take the weight of the roof and span. Constructing a dormer or Gable end to make the space efficient for a habitable space in the home.
