Visiting area for first time and was worried after some of the reviews but found them super. Phone staff are great and driver was polite and helpful. Had been hesitant to book because of other poor reviews On this site but found this taxi driver to be excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly. When I booked on phone he thought he couldn't make it to station for time my train arrived and we agreed a later time but it turned out he was being cautious due to a previous engagement and was there for my trains arrival. Enjoyable conversation on the way especially hearing about taxi drivers homeland if Uganda. Asked for price at beginning of journey. It was £2.50 per mile with no additional call out charge. Thank you for answering my 1.30am call from your bed and arranging for a taxi driver to go to Diss station to look for my son who had missed his stop and had no charge on his phone. So so grateful,Thank you so much for taking my 1.30am call when you were in bed and ringing a colleague to do a drive by the railway station to look for my son who had fallen asleep on the train and missed his stop. Held our wedding in area rcently and Able arranged all our transport. What they did not do theselves they arranged, including coach and bridal. All perfect.
