What do you love most about your job?
Each assignment is different, yet predictable. We follow a specific set of guidelines on each notary act we perform to ensure we comply with the legal requirements of the document presented and while maintaining the integrity of the notarial act.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business allows me to do what I'm good at on my own terms. Having the flexibility to set your own schedule and make your own hours allows me the freedom to branch out to expand skills and offer other services. Doing what I love also makes a happier me and therefore I never have to dread "going to work."
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a very specific service as a mobile notary service provider. Most of our clients are hospitals, assisted living facilities, or folks who cannot otherwise travel themselves to an office or bank to have a document notarized. We travel to them for convenience. We charge a trip fee based on location, and then charge per notarization.
Real Estate Closing
Whether you are purchasing a new home, or refinancing your current home, our experienced notary signing agent can ensure that your real estate loan documents are executed, notarized, and returned to your lender or title company for processing.
Power of Attorney Documents
A power of attorney dealing with financial matters must be signed by the principal before a notary public, as well as two disinterested witnesses.
Last Wills & Livings Wills
A document presented to a Notary as a last will and testament should be notarized. Certain “self-proving” wills may require notarization of the signatures of witnesses as well as the signature of the testator. Living Wills may or may not require a notary, depending on the form used, and some may only require two disinterested witnesses.
