No matter who approaches us and irrelevant of our experiences of the sector, our commonality is PEOPLE. Everyday is an opportunity to work with different people and explore what they want to achieve.

The thrill I get is working with someone and helping them to get to that point of realisation, understanding and epiphany for themselves, thats the joy or the job! Being able to develop other to also have this effect on others is addictive too!

To be able to spend time doing what I love and sharing my intense passion and belief in what people are capable of. Being in learning and development enabled me in part to do this but not fully.

Setting up your own company is not without challenges, but in those challenges are also opportunities...

We don't pretend to have all the right answers, but we do believe that the answers lie within each one of you, our role is to simply bring that out, help remove what's stopping you and realise what can be done.

Abintus offer 121 coaching to leaders, managers and team members. With emphasis on mindset and behavioural change to bring lasting personal growth. Within a safe learning environment, you have space to explore situations, experiences and opportunities. Whether it be about leadership growth, change, assertiveness, change of role, relationships development or anything else, our coaching will help you to make the difference you see.

Our experience in coaching allows us to also train leaders and employees to become effective coaches.
