Ability are amazing estate agents who helped us rent the perfect flat for our final year of uni. Communication leading up to the move was excellent - very convenient using whatsapp rather than email. Jaspal in particular was there whenever we needed anything - even at the most inconvenient times at late night and weekends. Felt very reassured throughout the entire process with any doubts we had. He contacted the landlord whenever we needed anything prior to the move which made everything run very smoothly. Ability estate agents are currently renting out a property for me in SE1. I walk past their London Bridge office often after 9 pm and they are still working ! A good sign of a proactive agent. Their fees were competitive, however one should not look solely at this when choosing an agent. A good agent will always earn their fee through their higher level of service. I have tried cheaper agents based outside of central London and also internet agents. All have been have all been middling at best, providing a marketing rather than lettings service. Jaspal went above and beyond to show me a property at very short notice, working well beyond normal hours to do so. Although the property wasn't for me I would certainly recommend ability estate agents and Jaspal in particular for both renting and buying/selling.

Great Service , I am a Ability tenant in one of there managed properties in Empire square west. Julia in property management and Jaspal have been great. Jaspal was on hand to answer all questions I had The process was smooth. I told them I wanted contact only by email which they respected. Regular updates regarding referencing and offer negotiation were given. The delivery of new furniture was organised by them and a contractors they arranged left everything neat and tidy in time for when I got home. Contractors followed instructions left for them at concierge. I am also a landlord in London ( Through another agency ) as I let my home out whilst I went travelling 2 years ago . Hiya, my flat recently had a leak and although we are still waiting for the landlords insurance company to agree repairs to the small spot in the ceiling, the communication and efforts by property management have been excellent. A schedule was sent explaining all the next steps and a lengthy call to explain all. A maintenence guy was sent out straight away and got to us within 40 minutes of calling the emergency number. A great overall experience. We are currently using the rent collection service and will be moving to Full management in 18 months time. Both flats had offers agreed before renovation works completed.
