Abiano Limousine

Abiano Limo services are outstanding! I have been a customer since 2010. The staff and drivers are always very pleasant and beyond accommodating. They have a wide variety of vehicles in their fleet. I have used limos for personal transportation, business accommodations  and party buses for special occasions. Eddy and Brian recently took care of my fiancé and her girlfriends providing transportation to various wineries in Napa. It was short notice on my part and an extremely busy weekend for Abbiano as it was prom and wedding season! All drivers and limos were booked, I really wanted to make sure the ladies were taken care of and with a safe driver. Instead of referring me to another company or informing me their services were not available; Brian the operations manager of the company volunteered to fill in as a driver, a responsibility typically not required in his upper level role.SF and Wine Country was a first time experience for the girls, so landmarks and photo ops were a must for the ladies. Brian went beyond his call of duty and hosted the ladies, making pit stops, providing winery suggestions, and acting as their Instagram photographer providing an amazing weekend they continue to share with me!I highly recommend Abbiano services as they are personable and all about adding to your experience with their services! 5 stars!! PROM CRISIS AVERTED!When another limo company called the morning of my kid's prom to say the party bus I'd rented had broken down & nothing else was available, I called Eddy at Abiano Limo, and he kindly & quickly saved the day (or night, as it were). He arranged a beautiful, sleek shuttle bus for 30 excited seniors, and their driver Hani was lovely. Abiano Limo has been my car service for over a decade. They have never let me down, whether it be a town car to the airport, or a stretch for my daughter's birthday party. I don't have a lot of experience renting limos/party buses/cars in general, but I trusted the 5 star reviews at Abiano and am extremely satisfied!  Out of all the places I contacted to do a last minute 13 passenger party bus, Abiano got back to me first.  Brian's communication was amazing - from e-mail to phone, he was incredibly easy to get a hold of, and he responds promptly.  In addition to the flawless reservation, the cost was super reasonable!  There is a 5 hour min on the weekends, but we were totally fine with that (we used it for about 4 hrs) since the service was outstanding.  Michael, our driver, was super cool... remained in constant communication with me throughout our use.  The bus was super clean, equipped with champagne flutes, a garbage can and an aux cord for us to listen to our music.  The seats were comfortable and 10 of us were content in the bus.  If I had to ever use a party bus or limo again, I wouldn't hesitate to call the guys at Abiano Limo! I have used Abiano's service 3 times for Napa Valley wine tours and they are amazing! Every time I book a limo I shop around for the best rates and Abiano consistently has the lowest rates. Shonn was our driver for my most recent visit, and we had an 8 person limo for 9 hours. I sent our itinerary ahead of time including all of our reservations times and addresses. Shonn was out front waiting for us at our pick up time, and without asking any questions he got us to all of our destinations on time. I was extremely impressed - some drivers get confused about destinations or try to suggest alternatives, but Shonn followed our plan perfectly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He was extremely professional and accommodating when we need to stop for a bathroom etc. It was honestly my best experience in Napa with a driver. I booked a reservation months ago w/ Abiano for an Airport transport for my girls & I's Vegas trip and they were consistent with the price and service up until the very end! Very rarely do I have such an experience that it prompts me to write a review on Yelp, but Eddy, Brian, and the boys at Abiano Limo deserve this and much more. THANK YOU for making my New Years weekend one for the record books! What started out as a last second adventure to Napa from SFO for New Years Eve turned into a weekend of adventures, and it wouldn't be possible without the recommendations, flexibility, and ultimately white glove service provided by Abiano Limo.My group of 7 and I initially booked a 6 hour package through Brian after reading the reviews on Yelp. Our driver, Jeremy, arrived on time and got us over to Napa promptly. Between a packed schedule of tastings and dinner, there was little room for error and Jeremy got us to every stop in time for our reservations. However, once we got to dinner, we decided that we didn't want to go back to SF, and would rather spend New Years in Napa. We expected that we'd have to find our own way home the next day (and were fine with that), but I decided to throw a hail mary to Brian and see if there's anything he can do for us. Much to my surprise, he said Jeremy would stick around with us for an extra so that we wouldn't have to rush our meal. He said they'd make sure we have transportation the next morning, and even helped us find last minute availability at the Solage in Calistoga, where we were able to celebrate NYE at the hotel. The next morning (ok, more like afternoon) when our hangovers wore off, Brian kept good on his word and dispatched a driver to get us back to SF from Napa for a nominal fee.Abiano Limo, THANK YOU again. These guys really understand what service is all about. This is what prompted me to sign up with Yelp, as I have not done a review before. My parents were visiting from the east coast for the holidays and I wanted to treat them to a wine country tour of the Sonoma Valley. It started with a phone conversation with Brian. He walked me through all of the details and assured me that we would be well taken care of. I jokingly mentioned that my parents would probably rather go to a Neil Diamond concert, as they're huge fans. Sean, the driver arrived and couldn't have friendlier and more professional. As we entered the Limo we were greeted by Neil Diamond singing Sweet Caroline through the sound system.  My Mom's eyes lit up and I looked at Sean who gave me a quick wink. That's what I mean about service. Brian listened to me & went above & beyond. From that point on, Sean made sure we had a memorable day. I booked a limo from San Francisco to Bottle Rock in Napa for a party of 10 -- Brian was super awesome about getting everything booked and was accommodating to my ever-changing party-size. Shonn the driver was on-time, gave out his business cards with his number to my party that was going to wander around the festival -- so we all had his contact number in case our phones died.  Shonn was clear about meeting time/space and got us to Napa and home with quickness.  Highly recommend! ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT LIMO SERVICE AND COMPANY! If I could give more than 5 stars for this company, I would!I would definitely recommend using Abiano for any Limo service you might need.  When I spoke with Brian, he was wonderful in scheduling my sister's surprise birthday party.  He was helpful and kind, and made the process very easy.  I was told the exact price over the phone when I scheduled, and that was exactly what I was charged after receiving the limo service. There were no hidden fees.  I knew what was expected, and Brian was great about making everything very clear and simple.  The day before the limo was to arrive, I received an email with the name and phone number of our driver, Sean.  In keeping that this was meant to be a surprise, Sean was fabulous in accommodating me by texting me when he was outside instead of calling so that my sister would not find out just yet.  He was on time, and was a wonderful driver.  He took us to our location for dinner, and then was ready by text to pick us up as soon as dinner was over.  He was prompt and very professional.  After dinner, we still had more time scheduled with the limo, and he was more than willing to take us to a number of different locations around the city to stop and take pictures.   He dropped us off safely at home before our time was up.  Abiano Limo helped make my sister's birthday so very special. Awesome limo service.  I would recommend them to everyone!   We went to Napa for my best friend's birthday and everything went perfectly.  Great responsive service and honest quotes from Brian and Sean was the best driver ever!  I was referred to Abiano from one of my friends.  I had a rough itinerary (Chandon, Oakville Grocery to pick up food, picnicking at Peju and Sterling).  We went over on time since my friends showed up a little late and Sterling was our last stop with the gondola wait and there was traffic on the way back, but Sean didn't even complain once!  Sean is pleasant and exceptional with service and our limo was always waiting for us to take us to the next stop. They provided bottles of water and ice.  The limo was very clean and perfect.  We had the 8 passenger limo with 8 passengers.  We are only using this limo service for all future events.  Thank you Brian and Sean! After a small initial misunderstanding, which was quickly and professionally resolved by Brian we used the service twice. Once for airport pickup and once for the most fun winery tour of the Sonoma .We absolutely loved our driver Jerry!!! He's a local to the area for over sixty years and is full of stories and history of San Francisco. Ask any question and you'll receive an honest answer.We picked out some vineyards we wanted to try but were happy when Jerry suggested some others in addition, which turned out absolutely wonderful. Based on the reviews on Yelp I hired Abiano via email to pick up my son and his girlfriend that were flying into San Francisco to celebrate his 30th birthday. Brian was kind enough to purchase a bottle of champagne to be waiting chilled in the car as per my request.Although Jerry the driver hit a snag which resulted in a small snafu, my son said he was wonderful and even shared his bag of chips with them since they were starving.The most impressive and professional part of this whole transaction was the fact that since Brian felt bad about our snafu, he offered to pick them back up for their return flight free of charge. This company is outstanding from start to finish! They were so professional throughout the whole day and made our trip to Napa an unforgettable one! We were even able to add a last minute hour to the end of the trip- so flexible. Lastly, by far the BEST BEST BEST part of this review is that -- after an entire day in Napa I managed to leave behind my sunglasses in the limo (classic). I called the next day- and Shonn and Brian immediately mailed them back to me. I used Abiano Limo for the first time this past St. Patrick's Day.  Had family coming in from out of town who wanted to check out wine country.  At the last minute they upgraded us to a full size limo, originally ordered a town car, nice surprise.  Our driver, Jeremy, was fantastic.  He was knowledgeable about the area and very personable.  He added a lot to the trip.
